Nestled in a prime location, the Days Inn by Wyndham Palm Springs offers spacious rooms, though some guests have noted they could benefit from refurbishments. While the ambiance may feel like a throwback to the 60s and 70s, the grounds are well-kept, and the pool area is a highlight for its cleanliness. Service experiences vary, with some staff members being helpful and others less attentive, leading to mixed opinions on the hotel's overall value. Despite this, the central location remains a draw for travelers seeking convenient access to nearby attractions.

Last minute booking for a quick overnight-er in Palm Springs area. Hotel is OK, nothing super duper, no real problems. Average hotel, about what I expected. I noted one problem with the toilet seat being loose. Anyone cleaning the room after a guest stay should have noticed the issue and notified maintenance. What make an average hotel a very good hotel is attention to details.

As others have mentioned hotel is very dated and is showing it’s age. We had used Wyndham points for our stay and I was happy that we did not spend any of our money on the stay.

Room was fairly clean but there were hairs around tub. Shower took a while to warm up and was very finicky. Drain in sink did not have cover so made sure nothing was close by that could fall into it.

Hotel rooms were so heavily perfumed/scented that my husband had to open our doors before we got in. I would not suggest this hotel if you have allergies or are sensitive to strong smells. I was battling a cold but he said if I could smell it I would have a headache lol.

Had plugged in our daughters iPad to charge overnight before our flight home only to find out the plug didn’t work.

We had requested the family room and I had called a few days prior to ask for my in-laws room to be beside or close by. Upon arrival we were told that they put them the could to us which was on the same floor as us but basically the opposite side (had to walk through locked doors and across outdoor corridor), so this was very disappointing for us. The room next door to us did not appear to be in use either which was extra frustrating.

Grounds/pool were pretty but we were there when it was raining/sleeting and 8 degrees so we’re unable to utilize anything.

Overall an okay place to lay your head but I would not be spending a lot of money on it.

Terrible. The beds are olde tyme original pillowtop beds (would that be 10 years old?) and you sink in very deep and get boiling hot. They are too soft to sleep on and when I asked for a rollaway to put the mattress on the floor, they don't have any. The lights are on a timer and if you sit quietly to read or be on the computer or watch TV, you have to jump up every 20 minutes and wave your arms to turn the lites back on! The one chair in the room is too filthy to sit in without putting down a towel. And for all this luxury, they put a $100 security deposit on your credit card and then collect interest on your money for 5-7 days after you leave before they refund it.

If you want a shower in the morning .... to you probably did not want to stay here… the water pressure was NON- EXISTENT - was at a small dribble as it was coming out. When I told the manager of this… She said I needed to come to the front desk and report it immediately… This sounds like it would’ve been a 45 minute ordeal… I don’t have this kind of time to mess around with some thing that should be standard at any hotel… I should be able to take a shower

Lousy room. Clean but lousy. Needs upgrading in the bathroom. Needs new lighting in the room and bathroom. Needs new white curtains below the heavy curtains to allow in light but remain private. Needs rules for guests to remain in their rooms at 3:30 in the morning and to not be loud outside while they take pictures of themselves in their underwear.

I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of Days Inn for whom ever designed the bathroom in the handi-capable room. Thanks for taking the extra mile of putting in a 'medical assistance chair'. It's worth a hundred stars!
Our room was clean and the staff very friendly. I really enjoyed the two entrances. The glass sliding door right by our car made loading and unloading so EASY!!

I would say that a Motel 6 isn’t that much worse than this hotel. It needs updates on the outside and inside. Checking in was good, the lady upfront was nice and informative. Parking seems a bit sketchy as it is near the Main Street and anyone can drive in and park. The room seems as if they redid only parts of the room such as paint and flooring. The air conditioner is loud at night, especially since you have to keep it running to have some fresh air/air flow in your room. Beware of the toilet when you open the door to the restroom. Who puts a toilet diagonal so that the door hits it and you can barely get it. The shower is ok except that you will not have consistent water pressure or temperature. And lastly, the bed is horrible. It’s a cheap mattress and has a big hump in the middle so you would roll to either side of the bed, which is very annoying when trying to sleep on a big King size bed. Definitely won’t be staying here again. It’s out of the way and in a sketchy area. I gladly would’ve paid an extra $50ish to stay at a nicer hotel as at almost $125, it definitely wasn’t worth my money at all.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean when we arrived. The outside looked nice and the garden view room had a cute open patio with two chairs. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but the people seemed to be enjoying it when we passed by. The free WiFi was fast and there was no charge for parking. The on site laundry looked fine when we passed by. The location is close to Down Town and very near Toucan's Tiki bar where we loved the Drag Show.

The inside hallway was musty and there was paint peeling off the baseboards. The chair in the room was stained to the point that it should have been replaced long ago. We were there from Friday to Monday and we received no maid service. Front desk attendants were friendly upon arrival, but did not care, nor seemed surprised when we complained that there was no maid service on the first day. We just gave up on the second. We were out of the room all day both days, BTW.

I reached out corporate, and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from the property manager who rebated part of stay, was apologetic and seemed quite sincere in wanting to address the problems. Apparently, a renovation will be underway in a few months. I agreed to give them another try after it's completed.

Did not clean room even after letting the front desk. Had to ask each day to dump trash and clean towels.
When you check in they need to inform the guest their services they give or not
The location was in a good area. Close to tram

Rooms were clean, Bed was SO comfortable. Staff was very friendly and front desk staff went out of their way to help me they were always kind and courteous. Pool area was nice but could have been a bit warmer. Issues with hot water in the shower. My first time in Palm Springs but I would stay here again.

What??! Parking for a month in a hotel parking lot? I doubt it....I'd have it towed after 3 days if it was on my property.
