Room was clean, check-in person was friendly and helpful. But NO toiletries (except soap), no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no breakfast, no microwave/fridge. For 137$ i expect a bit more these days. Fairly centrally located and quiet. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy.

Spend NYE in Palm Springs and stayed at another Motel 6 located at East Palm Canyon. There are large open lawn areas that dog owners took advantage with their pets. The hotel was not sold out, but parking was full. Check in went smoothly with free 1Mbps Wi-Fi for AARP members. They're quicker Wi-Fi, 2 Mbps for $3.99. AARP members...

This is a sprawling motel located a couple of miles from downtown Palm Springs.I was well received and dispatched in quick time by the helpful guy on the front desk.I'd chosen a smoking room with nearby parking which happened to be the motel 6 updated type, flat screens, laminate floors and new paint job.As you probably know extras like fridges, micros.Irons are not...

Check in efficient and friendly. Modern room, clean, flatscreen TV...good cable selection, very pet friendly, nice queen size bed, firm. Heating and A/C excellent...needed when a warm day and chilly night! House keeping checked each day. Landscaping is beautiful...lawn areas could almost pass for putting greens. Downtown Palm Springs is about a mile in one direction, big, open mall in...

It's clean but it's really basic. Not even a coffee machine. The whole room is painted in orange and it's really small. We found the pool area great for the place but water is really cold. We got what we paid for.

I needed to be in town for 3 days. My usual stand-by Casa Cody was full and I didn't want to spend $200 a night. So I took the plunge based on other reviews and went for the Motel 6—my first experience. The good: I got a great rate that averaged out to $65 a night. With tax, I spent...

Imagine 106 degrees F outside and your electricity suddenly goes out in the heat of the afternoon. It could have been the start of a great Day-Mare. Two mature adults and two dogs, with the indoor temperature rising quickly and no word from the power company, how long this was going to continue. If we were dogless, I would have...

My first time staying in a Motel 6 and my last! The non-smoking room smelled very badly of stale smoke. It was furnished with only the bare minimum, so no second night stand or anywhere to put up clothes. The blanket cover for the bed had several stains and some hair on it and the mattress was not supportive and...

Worst hotel stay ever. Having traveled for work for 25 years I have stayed in many places, and this is by far the worst ever. At check-in I attempted to talk to the clerks about booking rooms for the following two weekends but they simply checked me in and went back to chatting to each other. First night was OK,...
