Good location, close to the city centre and not far from Standford University. Friendly service, clean hotel, average breakfast but very small rooms with no view at all. The price of the rooms were extremely high and thus little value for the money.

Terrible shower, poor wifi, and the rooms are tiny. The only good thing is the staff that is very nice. Also, one of the nights the room felt suffocating and was way too hot never mind what temperature I set for the AC.

The best location in the downtown of Palo Alto. Friendly stuff, everything is clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are designed for single guests in my personal opinion – no bathroom door. Decent breakfast, free cold water, but there is no fridge and coffee staff in a room. No hotel parking, city parking is free for 2 hours, a day permit...

Thank you very much for staying with us. We do have one or two fridges on hand that could be placed in a guest room on request. While I agree that it is nice to have coffee or tea making facilities in the guest rooms I regret our standard rooms could not accommodate them. We do have espresso, tea and...

The hotel has everything you need, clean and simple, great location. Only downfall is the walls are paper thin. I could hear the person next to my room on his conference call and whenever he turned on his TV.

Dear 211nigelf, Thank you for staying with us. I am glad you found (almost) everything to your liking. We have been and continue to research soundproofing options. We have also looked at a few white noise machines which some of our guests have tried out for us but these are not the real fix that we are hoping for. Best...

We came to visit the Stanford campus, the location is very convenient to campus. The rooms are small but clean and modern (contemporary). The bathroom s are really nice. The only drawback is parking during the week, no problem on weekends.

Dear tm-utah, Thank you very much for the review. We do have a supply of the downtown parking passes at $18 which eliminates the need to move the car every two or three hours across the map. The city got wise and have even started requiring permits for the residential area. We hope to see you the next time you...

Very happy here. Beds were great. Bathroom perfect in style and accommodation. My wife worried that there was a curtain rather than a door but it made lots of sense. The room was small but really efficient and I thot it was fine. Super convenient. Super nice people. Terrific breakfast!

This hotel has a fantastic location, which is what you pay for. However be warned the rooms are extremely small and there is little or no place to hang clothes and no drawers. The walls are also very thin so if there are noisy neighbors it can affect the quality of sleep. On a positive note, the staff are delightful,...

Dear S2367AXkathleenr, Thank you very much for staying with us and taking the time to post a review. Our standard rooms are definitely compact and could do with more storage space, especially for those guests staying more than just a night or two. We do have a number of deluxe rooms that are almost double in size and have closets...

The overall experience is good. My only complaint was about the AC on top of the bed, it made the room noise and cold even with the AC turned off. My room has a normal windows so external temperature and noise (there is a bar a in the same block) was not isolated as you normally expect.

Great Palo Alto location. Hotel feels small and cramped. Rooms are tiny. Very poor soundproofing. Could hear everything from the room above as well as noise from plumbing when others use shower bathroom. Poor value for money.

Dear Annasofiaa2017, Thank you very much for staying at Hotel Keen. I am sorry that you were less than completely satisfied with our property.
