Nice rooms situated around a cabling creek (at least this January). Very comfortable and well sized rooms. Friendly staff, also assisting making reservations. Chibo's next door serves great breakfast and dinners including room service. Like coming back here.

I came to Palo Alto for a last minute business trip and stayed at The Creekside Inn. The staff was extremely helpful, including giving me a ride to my destination. The room was very large and well appointed. Though I did not have the opportunity to use the grounds, it looked as though there were many wonderful relaxing places to...

We had 30 families stay at Creekside for a sports tournament. Hotel management was very flexible as our plans kept changing coming up to the weekend and all the families had good comfortable stays there. Thank you

Big thanks to Enrique from sales for helping me out with my bookings. I booked 2 rooms from 1/13-1/15, and the room was very spacious. We were fortunate to have the superior double doubles (2 beds) with a pullout sofa bed. My overall stay was just wonderful, but too bad I didn't utilize the 24-hour fitness center, and the swimming...

I wanted to take a few minutes to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay at the Creekside Inn @ Palo Alto. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I got nothing but excellent service. From David, the driver who picked me up, to Richard, who made sure I understood all the amenities available to me...

We go to Palo Alto often now that I'm being seen at Stanford. Tried various hotels close to the hospital so thought I'd try this. I didn't care at all for the man at reception. He wasn't rude but manner was off putting. I asked for a quiet room but it wasn't at all. My husband could hear the person...

Kinda weird to stay in a hotel in the very town where you grew up . . . It's on a stretch of El Camino Real that has many hotels/motels, most of them in the standard motel design. Creekside is set back from the street (with a restaurant and deli/market) in the non-standard mix of buildings; I liked that a...

Lovely grounds with creek running through it. The staff was very friendly at check in - not only introducing self, but availing themselves to any needs. While I chose this hotel for the proximity to surgery center, I was impressed with amenities in the room; it had a cook top in addition to a refrigerator and microwave; also it could...

It was a clean lovely room and the grounds are very green and serene. You do not feel like your on El Camino Real. Very close to all important locations. Rooms above the underground parking as really quite.

Pros: Proximity to Stanford campus plus beds were comfortable. Cons: Zero water pressure in bathroom, Water would not get hot - barely warm enough to shower and when water was turned on, a blob of old hair popped up from the drain. Towels seemed nice but smelled like a musty basement.
