I spent one night here while visiting Palo Alto for the tennis tournament at the university and it was a good experience. The receptionists were friendly and courteous, the room though small was clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little firmer than I am used to, but I had absolutely no complaints about the place at all. This is...

While the creek isn't running due to drought, the grounds are still lovely and even though it is on a busy street, it is like a little oasis. The staff are very accommodating and the shuttle to the tennis venue was good.

I found the Creekside Inn to be very comforting. My reason for staying there was because my husband was at the Stanford Medical Center. My room was clean and had nice amenities. Every room has chairs to sit outside and enjoy the yard. I was comfortable staying alone, felt very safe. The staff were so helpful. The shuttle to and...

This Inn was very inviting with the landscaping, outside seating areas, paths around the creek. The reception was kind and informative about the pool, fitness room, and restaurant there. The room was great for our family of four, our boys being young adults. The room had a peculiar odor, but not overwhelming.

Rooms were small but clean and adequate. Nice courtyard. Great location for Stanford/Palo Alto visit. Close to airport and downtown San Francisco. Complimentary coffee and muffins for breakfast. Reasonably priced for the area.

Great location near Stanford. Beautiful landscaping despite the drought. Excellent value in this neighborhood. I liked the novelty of having a ground floor room with a patio. Breakfast was minimal -- muffins and coffee. My desk chair was too low for the desk, otherwise everything worked. Didn't try the outdoor heated pool.

The room was clean and updated. However, the design of the shower is ridiculous! the glass covers about 1/3 of the shower and the bathroom floor becomes soaked after taking a shower. The other negative is that they serve muffins and coffee until 9:30 am. The food and coffee is taken away before their set schedule. In modern hotels, coffee...

I am a business woman traveling alone. Personally I am not much in favour of hotels where your room door opens on the outside, in my case on the parking lot. But the Creekside Inn is a very nice place, it felt comfortable, and safe, a small haven in this busy area. The value is good for the price you...

This hotel is a real find. It advertises itself as a hideaway in the city, and the photos show the rooms nestled in trees by an ACTUAL creek....and we were expecting something less. But it really is landscaped to give the feeling of being in the woods by a creek! The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious,...

We were upgraded to a double queen room at no cost, which was very nice. I was amazed at how big the property was and how many buildings there were (8 I believe). Considering how big the property was, it was very quiet. Rooms were very clean, our beds were very comfortable; we never heard anyone above or beside us...
