Great bang for the buck. Large, clean room with fireplace; great shower; fairly quiet (and we were right off the lobby next to the restaurant). Plenty of parking. Very convenient after visiting westside wineries. Easily one of our favorite stays in Paso.

We used a Travel Zoo deal voucher which worked splendidly! This hotel was extremely clean and sanitized, all the staff were courteous and helpful , and our king whirlpool room was so comfortable and spacious with lovely appointments

The Enoteca restaurant on site offered outstanding, well prepared cuisine with just the kind of wait staff (Daniel)one always hopes to find.
Thanks to the GM Todd for making us feel special when he lit the poolside fireplace and checked to see how we were enjoying ourselves during our scheduled pool time. Their scheduling of gym and pool access for Covid safety was appreciated

The hotel is well situated for easy access to driving the vineyard routes. We loved everything about it and had a perfect getaway! Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently traveled to Paso Robles for the first time and stayed 4 nights at La Bellasera. The staff were friendly and attentive. There were some dated aspects in the room, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and the shower was huge (with great water pressure). Since the restaurant and pool were closed due to Covid-19 procedures I sprung for the room with a Jacuzzi tub. After being in lockdown I was happy to pay extra for the added amenity, and while the tub met expectations it did not exceed them. The location is a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Paso and within 25 minutes of any winery you could want to visit in Paso or nearby Templeton.

When we first stayed at this property, over 10 years ago, it was quite luxurious and updated. A breath of fresh air . While it still retains updated fixtures, a large bathroom with a great walk in shower, the rest looks like it has aged a hard decade. The heating/air conditioning cycles loudly, you can hear footsteps in the floor above you, as well as outside in the faux wood interior hallway. The room furniture is definitely worn. We were woken early one morning by housekeeping loudly shouting to each other. The lobby is pretty, and it is very nice to have a restaurant and bar onsite. But is not the upscale property it once was. But at least the prices are much lower than the original pricing. But this may very well be because it was off season.Front desk staff is very young and could use a bit more tutelage on hospitality. As we were checking out we deposited our keys and said “thank you very much” to which we receive the reply ”Yeah.”

We only stayed one night but when we first walked into the room, it smelled of smoke and we noticed French fries on the floor. We called the front desk right away to let them know that we weren’t the culprits for the smoke-smell, mostly because we didn’t want to be charged, but they offered to send someone over right away to rectify. We picked up the French fries ourselves without mentioning it. Next thing you know, I’m ready to shower and we have no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel) set up in the bathroom. My husband called room service and they sent someone up but it delayed us as far as our reservations for dinner. Overall, I would say our stay was decent but it was one of the stops along our honeymoon road trip and these little hiccups make it a little less enjoyable.

Thank you for taking the time to rate and review your recent stay! I would like to extend my sincere apology for any inconvenience you may have encountered in regards to the smoke smell. This is not our standard for service at LaBellasera Hotel & Suites. Although we wished you had an exceptional experience, it is with feedback such as this that we can only better improve for the future. We had a one bedroom suite for three nights at a cost of $1400+ . The room was by the elevator and anytime it was in use we became very much aware- all night long! Between that and the stomping noise from the room above us, and the noise from the lobby, sleeping was impossible. I asked that the room be refreshed with new towels and trash emptied and more coffee added-I was told that they only did that every two days! I took my filled trash can to the maid and emptied it and brought my dirty towels to her when we returned in the late afternoon but she said she didn’t have any more towels. The manager came out of another room and he was very cordial and said he would have some sent up. I complained to him of the constant noise in our room and he offered to give us a bottle of wine which was nice but it does not solve the constant noise level. I suggest anyone coming to the Paso Robles area to stay at the Hampton Suites (which was right next door)or any other hotel for half of the price. I was very disappointed and felt cheated at the La Bellasera!

This trip was to take my daughter a care package in the wake of COVID-19. Paso is a central meeting place as she lives in San Fran. We booked the room mainly for the jacuzzi tub but we were excessively surprised by the kindness and generosity of EVERYONE! Zack the manager was so very polite and accommodating, answering any question or helping out in any way possible with recommending hikes and places to just get some fresh air and also tire repair places. There is truly not enough that can be said here. I have never felt so welcomed and we traveled 12 countries and 11 US states last year alone. Not to be lest out is the food. Even on a limited menu the food was fantastic! I would also recommend taking Zack's suggestions for wine! As for everything else..the bed was VERY comfortable and the room clean and cozy and the Jacuzzi bath tub was the best I have ever encountered. As many of you know a jacuzzi tub can be a crap shot. This was clean, perfect for the room and when you turn on the jets clean hot water comes out. Novel , I know :) Thank You Zack adn the entire La Bellasera staff for such a wonderful stay in such trying times!

I stayed here with friends and had raved about my experience before. I have stayed here lots of times and have frequented the restaurant quite often for all meals in the past 10 years. My stay was very sad. The young man who checked me in was very awkward,( Seemed off), poorly trained, and did not represent what the hotel had stood for in the past.
My room with my friends, though clean seemed old. It did not have the amenities that it once had like a mini bar, and knowledgeable staff. For example , I could not get a soda after the restaurant was closed and was sent to the Hampton Inn for amenities I used to purchase from my mini bar.
As for my restaurant experience, the "remodel" is a joke. A few of us dined there. The chairs are bulky and not comfortable. The same young man at the front desk also said we could not book our large dinner there so our group split up. ( A group of 12) The food is nothing special like it used to be. It is " hotel food" that is overpriced, not special, and poorly executed.( My steak was overcooked and the other dishes I tried at my table were bland and flavors did not complement each other. The service that night was awful. Our server kept on disappearing, lacked in manners, and our bartender took care of us the majority of the time. When I dined on a different night this time staying at the Hampton, the only good I can say is Sheila is back with her wine knowledge, cocktails and excellent service. She made my night , was attentive, apologetic and said they are in "soft opening". Why they messed with a great thing, I will never understand. I hope they shape up before they lose loyal customers for good.

Amidst the pandemic, the current circumstances, Zack the Front Desk Manager is a one man band. He gave everyone very excellent customer service, running everywhere with vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, light bulbs, everything you asked from him, he delivered way beyond our expectations. This property is very lucky to have this kind of manager who cares for the customers which shows how much he cares for the hotel business, and as much as cares for his job. He must be compensated. Needless to say, the property is a place where I would be coming back to stay. Ribeye steak was superb!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The manager, Zack went above and beyond to explain their sanitation process to ensure the safety of their guests. He catered to many of our needs, gave us good recommendations where to eat, go sightseeing and still be able to practice social distancing. He extended our check out time because we ended up with a nail in our tire, so we had to find someone who can come and repair it onsite.

The restaurant was only open for room service. We ordered the ribeye steak and it was delicious! Need I say that the room was also spacious and the jacuzzi tub was a perfect ending to our day of walking around.

We will surely come back and stay here. Many thanks to Zack for taking care of us. You made our stay memorable.

I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, amenities and service!
