Detailed Reviews
We stopped in Paso Robles on our drive from LA to Northern CA. We decided to give the Adelaide Inn a try based on its reviews and the availability of an ADA room. What a treat and what a price! Our room was so clean and very wheelchair accessible and friendly. The shower was so easy for me to use with a bench and a handheld shower attachment and no step to worry about. We had a small coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge to make the stay more enjoyable. They do provide a $5 discount on breakfast at a nearby restaurant but we chose to just drive through the McDonalds next to the property to save time and money. The TV had an easy to use remote that allowed us to turn on the closed captions as to not bother our neighbors with a loud TV. The bed was very comfortable and we wished we had stayed here instead of the motel we chose for our return trip. Now we know...

We stayed in a room (#115 - 125) in the front of the property across from the pool. The room was warm and inviting with nice wine themed photography and natural wood furniture. The weather was chilly 35-45F so housekeeping kept our room at a cozy 70F with the heater. The bed was firm but soft. Pillows were a dream... 4 pillows to be exact. I have no complaints! We’ll be staying here again <hotels.com>

This was our first time staying here-we usually stay within walking distance to town but were looking for a more economical option. The Adelaide Inn was very cute and provided plenty of parking. The room was very spacious and also clean. Amenities were nice with the mini fridge and coffee machine too. We would stay here again as everything was very convenient and a great location next to the freeway-added plus is that if you stay on the second floor, they have cushioned pads which block the sound of people walking by with their baggage, so everything was very quiet and you could not hear the guests around you.

A friend found this place for our first visit to Paso Robles in October 2019. As I used to live in Adelaide, the name caught her attention, and it measured up on price so she gave it a try. We found it friendly, clean and well located, and I liked it so much I booked it again in January 2020 when I was returning with my husband and two family members.
The motel has a relationship two nearby restaurants, and we took advantage of both discounts. Everyone who works behind the desk is warm and helpful. There are little details throughout the property outside that lets you know the owners care. Cookies I the afternoon and complimentary morning pastries are added bonuses!
Our only disappointment was that we were really looking forward to the hot tub, and it was taken over by a group who stayed the entire evening until closing. Maybe a sign asking for a courtesy use of only an hour would be good, although I did not get the feeling when we would check on this group that they would have complied.
This is a comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price, and I would look no further if I were returning to Paso.

Enjoyed the stay. Had breakfast at Margie's Diner using the $5 coupon. The room was nice and quiet. It looked like it had been refurbished recently. The bed was comfortable.

Adelaide Inn is a fabulous place to stay.
On the outside it keep its Americana motel feel to perfection. Within the rooms you will find fully refurbished luxury. With stylish colour ways, hints towards its location in the wine region and a practical little kitchen - its a lovely hotel space. And to boot, the coffee machine is the good type - so you can also get a tea with your complimentary scones (go blueberry) in the morning.
Location wise, it’s not the prettiest, but it’s great for being able to take a short drive up into down town, which has great shops, food and bars. And the horse shoe shape of the accommodation layout does mean that a quiet nights sleep is guaranteed
We hope to return

Don't let the standard motel layout put you off of this gem. Rooms are upgraded with nice furnishings, comfy towels, good size refrigerator, and very comfortable bed and bedding. All of these combine for a relaxing experience. Convenient both to 101, wine tastings, and downtown restaurants. We had a lovely 3 nights here! My only suggestion is that they add a filtered water station in the lobby to allow refilling of reusable water bottles.

My husband and I have driven past the Adelaide so many times on our way to SoCal and thought, "We should stay there. It looks so friendly and welcoming." We finally made plans for Valentine's Day and we are so glad that we did!
The desk staff are courteous and helpful. They have wonderful vouchers and coupons for local restaurants and wineries that helped us extend our budget further.
Tho room was clean, comfortable, well lit, and well appointed (loved the vanity table and lighted magnifying mirror!)
The outdoor pool was clean and heated and there's a cold drinks vending machine poolside. Very handy! The jacuzzi was wonderful! And there are three adorable miniature golf holes! It was so much fun. :)
Thanks for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back.

We stay at Adelaide Inn every time we come to Paso. It's not right in the heart of town, but it's convenient access to 101 and 46 and all the wineries. Although not one of the fancy upscale hotels in the area, it's clean and well appointed. The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are great! Large, well lit, all the amenities, huge mirrors. The best thing about our last stay is that for the same price as some of the more upscale hotel rooms we got a 2 room suite. The main room was like any large hotel room -- king size bed, couch and chair, but we had the added bonus of a small separate bedroom attached. As two single women, it was really nice to each have our own space.
It's easy walking to a Starbucks, a good pizza place and a market. The drive in to downtown takes just a couple minutes (not walking distance). The grounds aren't anything to speak of, but I don't come to Paso to hang out at a hotel!

I have stayed here many years ago and had a very nice time, so it was my go to when needing to stay in the area for business. We got one of the larger rooms with two queen beds. Linens white and clean. They thoughtfully put the air on, so room was cool after a long drive. The room has a dressing area with a sink outside of the main bathroom allowing for someone to do hair/makeup/ brush teeth, while someone else takes a shower, bath or uses the toilet. There is a counter and a coffee bar area, we also used for wine. Travel tip, bring wine glasses! Wifi was decent. Freeway close. Has park like area with BBques and picnic benches. Walking distance to several food venues. I will be back.
