Having read them we approached with some caution. We needn't have worried. Location good, a few blocks from the beach. Room was clean, tidy and functional. Good value for the price we paid. I'd recommend this place as a simple stopover for the night

Good location, really liked having the mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Didn't use the little coffee maker. It would have been better if there wasn't a bit of sand in one of the beds and if there wasn't a dirty cleaning rag on the nightstand when we walked in. Oh, and we couldn't get the Wifi password to work;...

This is a good option if you want a basic, inexpensive base for Pismo Beach. We were happy with our choice as we were not looking to spend much time in our room during our one night visit to Pismo Beach as part of our honeymoon from the UK. It was clean and had everything you needed, small but well-fitted...

A bit older, 2 story motel, we were there in February, and it was raining and cool, individual room heater worked ok, was full and very clean. Front desk was helpful, nice lady. Allowed us to check in at 2pm vs posted 3pm check in. Handy. King bed was comfortable. Room very clean. Room had refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV,...

We love to just get where we are going and play! The smell of the ocean! Sand on our feet! Awesome weather, food, and family fun! I always come prepared for my family with all our needs, so having a kitchenette is just perfect! The beds and pillows all felt like foam! Sleeping in the clouds. Basically we use our...

Too many issues for the price! PHOTOS SHOWN ON WEBSITE DIDN'T MATCH ROOM! Called about broken shower curtain, was promised one and rushed off phone, but never received a new one. No towel bars, tiny-narrow bathroom, shower plumbed backwards, useless kitchenette (nothing to cook in or eat from), broken phone/flashing light, unclean kitchen floor & table upon arrival, refrigerator made...

Great location for beach and town access. We stayed in Pismo Beach as a stop over for one night on our way from Monteray to Beverly Hills. On the down side - the carpet in the bedroom was very wet, which we only realised later on when we took our shoes off - by then our cases were damp as...

Nice motel, older but well maintained, quiet. Centrally located, which for my purposes was ideal, as I could walk to all 5 music venues at the 3-day 40th annual "Jubilee By the Sea" jazz fest (my 2nd). Roomy room, strong free wifi, refrig, microwave, coffee maker & decent cable TV menu. A very basic continental breakfast in the lobby. Reasonable...

The photos are not what you get. We stayed here for one night and it was horrible! The room was filthy!!! The bathroom had a used cotton bud on the floor, broken shower curtain, hair and grime on the tiles, a loose tap and stained towels. The room was stale with marked walls, furniture was filthy. For $200 a night,...
