The food is excellent. My favorites are the chicken in mushroom sauce and Margherita pizza, although all the food is extremely delicious! The severs Elieth and Daniela are very attentive and helpful. Their smiles and courteous ways make you feel like a valued guest!
Hotel is located right in the front of beach. Has plentiful parking and is not far from the pier . Linen and pillows are top class although the bed is too high . Room service has bad timing and outside food is not allowed. The restaurant on the second floor is nice but has limited options for vegan or vegetarian tourist. Staff behaviour is good- over all a nice place with lot of positivity
Everyone was so warm and kind, they made us feel so welcome with all their open hearts, truly a treasure of an experience. Everything was clean. This is hospitality at its best. Great experience, I highly recommend!
Clean 👍 and Reasonable Wooden Pier to Pismo Beach ⛱️ Walk to Main Street with Many Restaurants Coffee ☕ Shops 👍 Beach is step's away. Grover Beach is Next Town with Many RV Parks. Dune's is there and you can drive on the Beach
The most amazing part was looking from my room at the ocean 🌊.. the best veiw ever .. to listen to mother nature in the morning was priceless.. many Hãwāā's In my Haida tongue hãwāā means thank you .
Stayed here for an anniversary in one of the ocean view rooms. We stayed in a room located at the center of the floor which was nice as there is street noise from the public on either side of the hotel during the day. Even though it was cloudy while we were there, the unobstructed view of the beach/ocean, the sounds of waves crashing on the beach, and the private balcony with a jacuzzi (which was nicely shielded from view from the street/our neighboring rooms) made us feel like we made the right decision on our room. The room itself was little basic, but very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were delightful and ample in number. The bathroom was very basic and felt very "any ol' hotel room" which was a little disappointing considering the big price tag on ocean view stays. No AC, but a big and very good ceiling fan keeps the room cool and the adjustable (gas) fireplace kept the room warm. No microwave and no mini-fridge, but a wine cooler in-room with some space for small items. The room was quiet: we never heard our neighbors through the walls, but we did hear the restaurant upstairs moving tables/chairs in the morning (setting up for the day) and at night (closing down). Not bothersome per se, but definitely noticeable. The balcony was really nice in the mornings and at sundown and the jacuzzi was comfortable, clean, and a very nice bonus! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were a real highlight truly and made us feel very welcome. All-in-all it was really good home base for our Pismo vacation and we did not regret our stay or room choice. Having said that, the ocean view rooms are really just clean hotel rooms with great views and the bonus of a jacuzzi, but probbaly not a great value for the price they are charging for them.…
All personnel, hotel and restaurant provided with exceptional service from making the reservations, room service till our check out It exceeded my expectations lovely room and cleanliness can’t wait to come back soon.!
There were three of us, two old people and an adult child, we called ourselves the "Three Amigos" and had been on a road trip to Napa returning to San Diego. We thought this was a high ditch kind of place according to the photos, but not. The ocean location was great. waves, pier (airstream) and white sand. But we were a little bummed with our room. The room photos are misleading like, the 2nd bedroom was closet, with no windows, a slanted closet ceiling and no electricity. There were no fans in the restroom, and no restrooms in the lobby (which was located in the parking garage). The jacuzzi was located on one deck, with no ocean view, all wood, could of put plexi glass and been able to see the ocean. oh well.
SeaVenture is a lovely hotel on the beach with private hot tubs on some room decks, the front desk clerks were very helpful & friendly! The restaurant has a beautiful view and delicious food! It is within walking distance to local shops & restaurants. This was my second stay here & I hope to return!
First off, the hotel is great. Looks dated as you drive in. The rooms are normal size. The beds are comfortable and the hot tub is warm and relatively clean. THe purpose of this review is to thank Kimberly and her staff for their commitment to customer service. We had to leave after the stated cancellation time to attend to a family member and she righted the wrong. I will definitely stay here again and again and again. Great location and amenities and EXCELLENT customer service! Thanks Kimberley and your staff. (You know who you are. You saved me)
