An interesting hotel where there are multiple buildings there. Service was average only; read on and you'll see why. Check-in was easy but the person who checked us in did not really seem to know where our room was. Luckily, we ran into someone from the attached restaurant to show us. Just provide customers with a simple map and you...

I stayed here on business in August and it was just meh.The location is the best part because it's close to my companies office and the Bart station. Old tired hotel that clearly isn't updated much. But the staff is lovely and super nice.

I stayed here because it was the preferred hotel for a wedding I was attending in the area. I would have preferred to stay somewhere else that wasn't directly facing a freeway. It sucked waking up to the sound of cars. Don't forget your own pillow and try to use the stairs. We got stuck and now I'm traumatized.

I have been to this property several times. Just like the other reviews indicate, the exterior of the hotel needs new paint and the lobby area needs a refresh. However, once you get into the room, it's spacious and modern. The hotel offers free internet which is a huge plus. Besides that, the location is the best one in Pleasanton...

The good news is that this is not the Four Points Sheraton in Pleasanton. I thought I booked that one, but turned out I booked this one, which was about a 5 minute drive away. The staff here are much friendlier and nicer than the staff at the other Sheraton. This hotel is a little dated, the wallpaper, the rooms,...

Stay here only as a last resort. We are now in our second room because the first room we were placed in had sticky disgusting stuff on the desktops. In our second room the bathtub had hair in the bathtub drain which I had to clean out so the tub would empty. I made the mistake of walking on the...

The hotel is a great place and I like coming back here several times a year. The good news is that i think the front desk staff are doing a great job of recruiting and getting some younger folks that like people. I have stayed here for several years and some of the older staff just seem to lose sight...

The exterior of the hotel is dated, but they have updated the inside. The rooms are modernized. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful with all our needs, including finding a missing cell phone cord that we overlooked at checkout. They had it and we got it back. The pool area is big. The...

Stayed with the wife and teenage daughter last weekend to visit with a friend in Livermore and to day trip into San Francisco. Property's location to the BART station was very convenient to accommodate the later activity. The property itself is a little old, but in good condition and the staff were very attentive and friendly. No real issues with...

Hotel is typical business hotel, has a nice pool & hot tub & small bar area. The rooms that face the highway are super noisy, so bad it makes you think there is no glass in the windows. Make sure you ask for a room on front of hotel not back. Room was comfortable, bathroom small but ok. AC units...
