I had to pay for wifi which is fine, but then the wifi didn't even reach room, refund was offered but no option to change rooms, wifi service network call was terrible and accomplished nothing, the lady at the counter told me to reset wifi snd it didn't work. Super annoying. The room was hot and not very clean and...

Quick checkin, nice staff. Rooms were clean and we had enough space. We paid 105$ (booked in the morning) and it was the cheapiest motel around San Francisco. Unfortunately the room was very keen-eared, so that we could hear everything from the neighbours. There is no fridge in the room available and there is no free wifi. But this was...

The hotel is easy to find, right off the hwy. The area had everything within 2 blocks. (restaurants, gas, comedy...) It looked nice from the outside. Parking was tight so they must keep a high occupancy. The 2 front desk staff & 3 house keeping crew were very friendly and professional. After parking in the back and walking to my...

This is a good place to stay when visiting the Tri-City area. It's the least expensive place to stay in Pleasanton. The rooms are the new Motel 6 standard: Spartan and small, but have everything you need. Plenty of plugs for electronics. Very friendly staff. This is a place where a lot of local construction workers stay during the week,...

Motel 6 has done some redecorating. New flat screen televisions, new wood panel floors, new storage systems. Apparently, those things are more important then amenities like coffee makers and blow dryers. The desk staff was very helpful, trying to give us the AARP room rate without evidence of membership (bf left his card at home). The WiFi was incredibly difficult...

Stayed in Room 137 which faced a restaurant, car wash and gas station. Thought it would be loud but it was quiet. No problems. Room is your typical small Motel 6 with the 'updated' Pergo floors, wall TV etc. besides a little dust in the towel holder the room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. The shower head plastic...

Check in was efficient and friendly; however, the room which had been remodeled supposedly was horrid. The bathroom tub was grimy and filthy with a ring of dirt. Pulling back the cover on the hard bed, I could see long hairs from previous occupants or maybe animals on the mattress beneath sheets. Therefore, cleanliness and sanitation are not important to...

It meet my needs to a "T". Nothing fancy, no iron, no shampoo, no hair dryer, no facial tissue - but all I wanted was a place to cleanup and sleep that was cheap. The upstairs room was reasonably quiet (it's near the freeway) but I recommend ear plugs if you are the least sensitive to noise. Room was clean...

I stayed here 2 years ago and since then they have remodeled the property. They did a great job and the rooms are clean and well kept. The Black Bear Diner next door is cool too...I have to go to Pleasanton often for business and this will be my go to stay.

Regardless of the remodel this Motel 6 is terrible. Walls are paper thin you can hear every sigle word your neighbor says as clear as day!. I wasn't able to sleep all three nights I was here! Every single vulgar word being said... indoors and out in the parking lot. .... I was spent everyday I attended work nearby due...
