Honestly, I am a bit shocked by some of the negative things that are said about this place. We stayed here for two nights and were really happy with both our room and the service! We had a nice room up on the hill that was clean and well appointed. The bathroom looked like it had been recently remodeled. We...

I was there for a Memorial Service. The room was spacious and the food good. The wait staff was pleasant and were respectful of the situation. The sound system was nice for all the speakers and musical selections.

Hotel is close enough to walk to conference center and conference center is comfortable. Provided meals were excellent. Hotel staff and conference staff was very accommodating. This was a statewide meeting otherwise traffic In LA area is unbearable and I would chose a different location.

I realize this hotel is used as a training tool for the students of Call Poly Pomona. However, either the oversight is lacking or insufficient. Despite numerous phone calls to make reservations, and despite numerous emails for the same, it was difficult to actually make a reservation. The rooms were laid out oddly, and were very reminiscent of dorms. The...

It is no excuse to say that this hotel is run by students when they charge the same as any other hotel. So here are some of the things I faced: really bad smell that stayed in the room for all the days I was there and always had to keep the screen door to the patio open, a non-functioning...

This property is run by the university and you can tell that there is not a lot of training for the students who work there. I enjoyed the time that I spent at the conference held on property, but the rooms were just OK. I do not think there are a lot of options in the area around the university...

Convenient and attractive location on Cal Poly, Pomona Campus to mid-San Gabriel Valley, OC, and greater LA via I-10, I-210, I-605, and CA-57, CA-60, CA-71. Lovely setting and good location for walking around attractive campus. As compared to local surrounding motels, it is a bargain for those who want basic motel service + breakfast. Clean & quiet + helpful student-staff....

This is my second time visiting this property for a conference. It is vastly improved from the last time I visited. The rooms are nicer, the beds are more comfortable and the service has improved. The food served is absolutely delicious and better than most that I have had served to me at five star hotels. Unfortunately as one might...

Stayed at the hotel while visiting Cal Poly Pomona. The room were very clean and well taken care of. The carpet looked a bit old and have a strange mild smell. It was comfortable and served its purpose. Although when it was time to take a shower, found out there was no hot water in our room. We called over...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A convenient shuttle brought me to the campus hotel from Ontario airport. The room overlooked a small pool area. The bed in the room was quite comfortable, papers delivered in the morning, less than 300 feet away from where meetings were held. Breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room. If...
