Very impressive in all respects. We had just travelled through Hollywood staying at the Hilton and Sheraton. Earlier in the year we took a holiday in Orlando staying at various hotels (all four/'five star). This hotel topped them all. Staff were friendly, the room was clean with excellent views. Parking was plentiful and the food was good.

We truly enjoyed the fact that we received a room that contained: a Kind bed, a couch, a table with chairs, desk, oversized bathroom, and full closet. The cleaning service was slightly off (not on a regular schedule and was too quick to want to clean before we were ready to leave on the last day), but they were always...

I stayed as part of a large group, probably 20 rooms. On first glance, the rooms appeared fairly nice, but once we got settled in we noticed the furnishings were dated, the faucets were very old and didn't work well. The room was not very clean. We even found a prior guest's sex toy left on the nightstand (thankfully still...

We stayed 4 nights for Claremont Colleges graduation. My mother was also there in a separate room. The Shilo is on top of a hill with attractive grounds. It would be nice if there was a better sign directing you don't drive into the gas station at the bottom. It has quite attractive views from some directions. It's just off...

I work for Sport Chalet, a leading Sporting Goods retailer based largely in Southern California. The Shilo Hilltop Suites was recommended as a great hotel to accommodate our employees (nearly 75 employees in total) for a two day training event in San Dimas. The hotel's staff is extremely professional and I do not think my event would have been as...

A serious plumbing accident in our home forced my family to vacate the house for a temporary period while the insurance company arranged for repairs.I was not delighted to say the least to live in a hotel for the intermin. But that quickly changed. The quality of the service at the Shilo made our stay first rate. The people here truly do...

My husband, son, and I stayed two nights at the Shilo Hilltop and was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the rooms. The comfort of the rooms exceeded our expectations and once the door was closed, it was so quiet. Unlike other places where you hear your neighbors come and go, move around above, etc., at the Shilo Hilltop, there...

We had a one night reservation. After I dropped my wife off at her meeting that morning I went to verify our reservation. They confirmed it but said check in time was 4 pm. I asked if the WiFi worked in the lobby so I could check in with my office. They said yes. At about nine that same morning...

On arrival I was offered a hot chocolate chip cookie. The lobby smelled of fresh baked cookies. There was also fresh hot coffee waiting, complimentary. The front desk agent was so pleasant.. All of the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, attractive, and fresh. The restaurant has outstanding food. We were so happy to find a hot breakfast,...
