It makes it so you can't cancel so be sure you are going to stay! After checking if any other hotel deals were available, I figured out it was Spring Break, so everything had really gone up! Thankful I had made the reservation early on for a meeting in Sacramento. Bed was comfortable, which is always the largest desire and...

There's nothing really wrong with this place. Its right off the highway, I just don't like the area. Everyone is nice there and the food isn't bad. I didn't sleep well, because its RIGHT NEXT TO THE HIGHWAY. I didn't have much choice, as many of the hotels were already booked. If you have the ability I would go else...

Thank you for commenting on your stay with us. I am truly sorry that your stay was not satisfactory. Although we try to honor guest requests regarding rooms, we are not always able to fulfill them, especially when we are sold out. Only a few of our rooms face a highway (which is true for most of the hotels in...

"Nothing spectacular" (as another reviewer said recently), but I would like to add "very acceptable". After reading that this is one of the older Courtyards and did not undergo a recent renovation (except for the lobby area) I was a little bit concerned. I remember staying here a few years ago and not liking the quality of the beds. Surprise:...

We always stay at the Rancho Cordova Courtyard when we travel to the Sacramento area. It is a standard Courtyard and that is a good thing. Our room was very clean with a view of the pool. We got a very good weekend rate. For some reason we were given a very good free, hot breakfast. It has good location...

Was interested in booking over a dozen rooms for my wedding party and immediate family members here so thought we'd give this place a try since it was only 15 minutes away from my wedding venue. We booked a standard king bed with breakfast for 2. I will note that I am a little OCD when it comes to hotel...

Thank you for sharing your experience. I apologize that the room did not meet your - or our - standards. I will certainly share your comments with both our housekeeping and front desk staff. Please note for future travels that the Courtyard brand does not include a complimentary breakfast. We have found that our guests prefer freshly prepared items ordered...

Rooms were nice, had a patio which is always a bonus. Close to the race we were competing in and plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy access from the 50 was ideal. Tried for a late checkout but wasn't able to get it though the hotel seemed empty and I was able to just book another night in the same...

The Rancho Cordova property is a typical Courtyard. It is clean, functional and conveniently located if you are working in this area. The staff is courteous and friendly. Rates are competitive. However, a couple of annoying items. This location backs up to US 50, a VERY busy highway. Considerable traffic build-up begins shortly after 5 AM. Unless you are a...

Thank you for your comments. Although I'm happy to hear that our staff, rates and cleanliness met your expectations, I am sorry that the outside noise woke you. We try to screen with our landscaping, but I understand that sometimes it is enough. I'm not sure what a 17 cent charge would be. Perhaps it was an authorization error. We...

As Platinum Elite Marriott guests, we stay at a LOT of Courtyards, and sadly, this may be the worst one we've ever experienced. There was nothing horrible about it, just in comparison, the standards were lower. Yes, the desk clerk that checked us in was professional, but to a fault; there was nothing friendly or welcoming about that interaction. Some...

Nice location smack across the Tech parks, nearby village restaurants, gas station, convenience store everything is a walk away. Bistro downstairs has some good breakfast options. Will stay here again if in the area.

First, the desk staff were very professional. It is located in the midst of a business area of Rancho Cordova so professionalism is a must in the competition for the business traveler. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was there were no bath towels. One call to the desk and it was taken...
