The Hotel, showroom and room was very nice. The bathroom has a shower plus a Roman tub. The bathroom also has an obscure glass door and the lights can be dimmed very low, serving as a great nightlight for finding the bathroom at night. BEWARE, both casinos in Rancho Mirage AND Palm Springs contain a restaurant called The Steakhouse. Both these restaurants are solidly booked. Don’t make the mistake I did, booking the Steakhouse at Palm Springs, before a show at the Rancho Mirage Casino.

We are frequent visitors to this property. We enjoy gaming and the pool. The resturant has some excellent food and the staff are alway so nice. Their rewards clum is one of the best that we belong to. The rooms are very nice and always very clean.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by some things and disappointed in others. Pros The room was really nice, a great size and fantastic bathroom - I even posted on Instagram (and tagged them) about the black make up towels which I just thought was the best thing I had seen in a hotel in years (up there with nice hairbands in a shower cap) The bar in the Steakhouse was great and Victor a lovely bar tender, I also had dinner in there and the food was great (though booking it was problematic as the wait list system didn’t work with UK phones The staff at reception were also very helpful Cons The aforementioned make up towel disappeared from my room after day one and never came back!!!! Concierge - never to be seen in the 4 days I was there - I needed to sort restaurants and wanted to ask questions about golf but alas no Waters cafe was ok but not great So if you want a casino hotel near Palm springs it’s a good choice but don’t remove the one thing from the room that I really wanted to use!…

New, clean well equipped casino. Needs more penny slots. Machines are heavy on the $1...The Cafe has excellent food and staff. Large portions, big variety of choices. Food is a bit spicy so ask for without if you don't like it hot. Staff is friendly and efficient. The casino offers shows, dancing and other entertainment

The elevators to the rooms are really fast which is great. It was a nice room. The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful with a deep tub and a shower with good water pressure. There is no microwave in the room which is a pain, but the refrigerator worked well. Nice big modern TV with smart casting! They give you 2 small bottles of water at check-in. My ACE club card level is supposed to give me an early check-in and late check-out. They told me that the early check-in would cost $50. No thanks. They could not accommodate a late check-out. All of the front desk agents that I interacted with were extremely nice. (It is not up to them who gets early/late check-ins/outs, they have to ask a manager.) The pool is lovely, but we were there in January and it wasn't really heated enough to swim in. There is also a nice gym. We lost lots of money. Know your limits and be prepared to stop gambling when you have lost that limit. If you are going to gamble, get an ACE players club first thing. At least then you will be accumulating points that might get you free play. We mostly played video poker. WARNING! Check the pay tables. They are much lower than in Nevada, but fairly standard for CA casinos. The blackjack tables have a $15 minimum and I think there were only 2 tables that played straight blackjack. Still, the tables were pretty full so people were enjoying them. They have a blackjack machine which is really fun, but it pays 6 to 5 for blackjack, not 3 to 2. However, the minimum bet is $3 which allows you to play much longer than if you are paying a $15 minimum bet! You can also split and double down which isn't possible on the video poker machines that happen to offer blackjack as an option. You can also play 3 hands at once against the dealer, which is cool. There are 3 to-go type fast food restaurants that are pretty good, somewhat above average pricing. My husband loved the pozole at the Mexican place. There are 2 sit-down restaurants, a cafe and a high end steak house. The cafe is also priced somewhat above average, but has very good food. The steak house is completely over priced. The food is good, but you could get the exact same food many other places at a lower price. The serving staff at all eateries are friendly and helpful. You have to pay for all drinks with alcohol, even while gambling. You'd think they'd prefer their patrons tipsy while gambling, which is why Nevada casinos provide free drinks, (they are not doing it out generosity.) Drink prices are high no matter how you look at it. They do have some happy hour specials that are a little more reasonable. You can get free Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite or coffee, while gambling. All the bartenders are quick with service and very amiable. There's a large covered parking lot. We asked to leave the car there an extra night and they said it would be towed. (How would they know we weren't in there gambling?)…

Great room! Super soft robes, comfortable bed, large space. Beautiful and spacious bathroom. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, and several options for dining too. Convenient to highway. Convenient cafe in lobby with coffee drinks too.

An incredibly beautiful and comfortable hotel. We spent Thanksgiving there. The Thanksgiving meal was outstanding. The rooms are among the best anywhere. Cozy and inviting! The beds/pillows very comfortable. Very nice amenities. Huge fluffy towels and a great shower. The steak restaurant/service were outstanding. The Waters Cafe has a wonderful assortment of food choices and everything we had was delicious. Nice selection of gifts in the gift shop. Erica at the front desk was charming and accommodating. Our host, Mark, is outstanding. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return!

The concert was exciting, vibrant, great band and back up singers but what was up with Frankie you wonder. I give him credit at 88 years old to stand for 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission. Why would an icon still be touring after 6 decades of music of experience? The first thought that his vocal prowess was like a 40 year old did not match the voice talking between songs. He lips were always in a basic smile position and never did he tire after singing hit after hit. That was the point it became obvious he was attempting to lip sync every song. There was also a chord attached to back thru a pouch. The mic was wireless so was the chord to give him energy or give him direction to robot. I was happy to see the show but they should be honest and say songs may be pre recorded.

My friends and I were celebrating a birthday and decided to come to this casino for some laid back gambling fun, let me tell you it didn’t disappoint ! From the moment we walked in we felt safe and the casino looked so clean. We checked into our hotel and it was super easy and fast, and loved the water they gave us first thing checking in. Once we came down to the gaming floor we were exploring a bit for some of us that have never been. We got a bit turned around and asked where the players club is to get our cards and to our surprise it was two hosts, Mark and Ronaldo. They were so informative about everything going on at the casino and let us know the promotions going on as well as dinner recommendations. They even encouraged us to check out any promotions we may have. To our surprise some of us had some free play and even some resort credit! They truly made us feel very welcomed to the resort and even made sure we left with all our questions answered. They truly made our experience 100x better and made us feel confident . We can not wait to come back to celebrate again! Thank you Mark and Ronaldo for everything!…
