Have been coming here for 5 years and will always plan to stay anytime am in Redding. Rooms are large, each bed is very comfortable, and backyard is gorgeous. Best part is the owners that are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this location.

This couple is very hospitable without being pushy. There are lots of extras like food, wine and a great place to rest or walk along the river. We return every year and they make us feel so welcomed. We also enjoy their beautiful yard with a fire pit that they prepared for us.

This was the last stop on our two week driving vacation. We stayed exclusively at B and B's on this trip. Apples' River House B and B was a real find for us. The home is both beautiful and immaculate. He had the North Room and found it comfortable and well appointed. The balcony was a great place to do...

I stayed here from June 21-25 for a church conference. Rick and Connie are the best hosts ever. The rooms and atmosphere are so peaceful. The hosts really are concerned about your comfort and satisfaction. This will be my home away from home. Luv u guys.

We've stayed at Apple's twice, and both times it was wonderful. We first stayed there 3 1/2 years ago, drawn by its close proximity to the Sacramento River Trail, which offers great biking. We returned this spring because Rick and Connie offer such a warm welcome, and serene environment: spacious rooms, lovely contemporary decor, lots of light, a beautiful outdoor area....

We stay with Ric and Connie every time we come through Redding, and would never consider anywhere else. They have perfected the art of hosting and go above and beyond every time we visit. They provide so many warm and welcoming touches: a delicious pot of coffee early in the morning, a great breakfast, and wine in the evenings. They...

A wonderful, warm environment inside and out. Breakfasts were served to our schedule and the wine offered in late afternoon was an added bonus. Rick and Connie were super hosts providing the right amount of hominess and conversation without intruding on our privacy. This location was the best as we are cyclists and this b&b is located on the Sacrament...

This was a lovely B&B in Redding. We were only able to stay for one night, but it would have been perfect for a few more days. We felt immediately right at home, and Connie and Ric are a lovely, welcoming couple. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean and comfortable. Connie welcomed us with a glass of...

We stayed with Ric and Connie last Friday evening on our way to Oregon. The B & B is gorgeous but their service and kindness is beyond impeccable!! We arrived on a motorcycle and spent some time getting to know them and sharing travel stories. Found out they are riders as well. Knowing we were a bit sticky from the...

Our stay in this B&B, or I should say, home was simply wonderful. I was touched by Connie & Ric's generosity and hospitality. It was so comfortable, so beautifully decorated, so pleasant, that I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I am in Redding. The rooms were spotless--the entire house was. The garden cool and inviting. It wasn't a stay,...
