Reyna in the breakfast cafe was so on top of everything. She was so pleasant and friendly and her enthusiasm for her job is contagious! She is an asset to the Fairfield team in Redding OR. We travel from the Seattle area to the Sacramento area a few times a year to visit family and will definitely be staying there... More

Reyna Castillo Breakfast Ambassador. I am an employer and this person I would hire her without a blink. She is the type of employee all businesses should benefit. I watched how she communicated with each guess, she made each on fill like they where a VIP guess.

Great place for stopping overnight going north or south on the I-5. We drive from Canada to California and back every year wth our pet dog and have stayed here a number of times. Friendly staff. The 'Breakfast Ambassador' (Reyna) is a delight - she presides over a terrific breakfast. Rooms are fine. Location is not great for dining out... More

He checked us in quickly was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room included complimentary breakfast and the moment we walked in the breakfast... More

The staff Nate and Silvia were gracious and made me feel at home. The cleaning lady Norma was as gracious as my own family and attended to any need I requested for the room. The... More

This Fairfield Inn is far above the normal chain hotels of this level. New, clean, etc. Best is (at least this time of year) they serve free pizza, beer and wine Monday-Thursday evenings. We didn't even need to go out for dinner. Breakfast was a cut above and breakfast ambassador Reyna is a treat. We're staying at other Fairfield Inns... More
