Room was very clean and price was affordable. Best part was Reyna our Breakfast Ambassador. She made us feel like we were special and took care of our breakfast meal. Easy location to find and not far from most things in town. Front desk gave us good suggestions for dining out and even printed us a list of places. Will...

I've been meaning to write this for three months. I drive from Washington to Palm Springs and back annually, frequently stopping in Redding for an overnight. The property is typical of Fairfield Inn--always good service, clean rooms, friendly people. But Reyna Castillo is the best "Breakfast Ambassador" in the corporation! She never stops working or smiling and somehow makes a...

My daughter and I were on a 9 day trip to OR from FL. This hotel was our last stop.....and it was the best! When we arrived late and starving, the woman at the desk was welcoming and helpful. She printed us directions to restaurants and gave us some helpful reviews of them. We never saw the cat, but the...

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday on our way back from California to Oregon. It was such a welcome spot and how we needed the rest! The bed was great, and breakfast great (thanks to gracious Reyna)! There also was a happy hour (salad & pizza with wine and beer), a pleasant surprise! We didn't even need to go...

The property is easy to access and fairly close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms have been clean and quiet. And the breakfast, pretty standard stuff w/ the usual cereals, yogurts also has a pancake maker. Reyna, the Breakfast Ambassador, did a great job of keeping things warm and well stocked along with her cheerful attitude. A good value.

They have a breakfast ambassador named Reyna that does an excellent job and is very friendly and hospitable. She made biscuits and gravy this morning that we're a welcome sight in the unusual snowy weather. The rooms are decent too, but it's really the service and kindness provided by Reyna that has made this stay special. Thanks Reyna! -Doug Kulak

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Garden Tub room. The tub was a little small for two and even a single that is 6 feet tall cannot stretch out. So I would not recommend spending extra for the tub. The room itself was clean and the mattress a great size but perhaps a little firmer...
