At first view I didn't think much of it and was a little disapointed. It looked a bit run down. However, the location is perfect, a 5 min walk from Redondo pier. They have a nice pool and chill area, but most important of all,...More
I stayed here in a double queen room with my daughter & grand daughter. there was enough room to set up a pack-n-play. The Redondo pier was just a few blocks away. I found this location was a great value.

Great location for an overnight stay before flying out of LAX - 20 mins drive to the airport, even at rush-hour.

Im guessing its seasonal rates. The beach is all along the coast of California from San Diego to San Francisco are extremely popular spots and the hotels near the beaches are going to triple in price if the market will bear it. I stayed around Christmas time and it was only $80 a night I believe. It also seem to be the cheapest hotel in the area and I think there was a new owner so he probably raised his prices to match other comparable places in the area.
