Tucked away traditional pub. Unfortunately when we visited for weekend lunch time, beer pump was playing up even though they had opened only 30 mins before. Food limited choices. Friendly and good place for a quiet chat as no music and has a roaring log burner. Outdoor seating.

Thank you for providing us with excellent service at my Grandmas funeral today! Thank you for the great service and changing the layout of the pub! Front of house were fab! Excellent choice of beverages. Food was much better than expected too! Good luck and thank you!

My Mum and I took my toddler here for Sunday roast and we were really pleasantly surprised. Lovely clean interior, friendly staff and the food was delicious. We both had a chicken roast and my little boy had a veggie sausage roast (which was free!). There wasn't anything on the plate that wasn't really enjoyable and they were nice sized...

Went here for food and it was great, reasonably priced and staff were really accommodating. Cute little village pub and even though it was quite busy service was great and food arrived promptly. I would recommend. 😊

Where do I start, OK here goes, the pub itself is uningspiring the reasturaunt area is so dull and boring with little decoration on the walls in the form of pictures paintings and no ornaments to make you feel welcome, the tables were set minimiscal to say the least, salt pepper a cotton serviette and a knife and fork which...

Hi Rob, We're sorry you had a less than satisfactory time with us. Whilst I do not want to make excuses, I would like to explain a little...we had just tried to reopen when you visited-the restaurant had just been redecorated and was not put back together as it were. A large amount of the kitchen has since been reworked,...

An exceptional B & B very welcoming, friendly locals, good food, comfy beds, quiet locale unless it's anything to do with Silverstone, which is closeby. If you fly, Turweston is right next door. An enjoyable stay, well recommended for anyone working at the airfield.

This accommodation is in a lovely quiet village. We had a large, comfortable room and slept well both nights of our two-night stay. The place has a warm atmosphere and great customer service. For example, meeting requests for less-usual items such as decaff coffee. We enjoyed good pub food - plenty of choice for vegetarians. Might be worth calling the...
