I had a very pleasant experience at this B&B. It felt very homey! The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the owner was really friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Pretty little place and good standard of beds, shower, breakfast etc. However, the fact that they charge €2 for a cup of tea when it's already a premium priced b&b is not good.

I've been to many B & B of excellence in Belgium (in the center of Brussels, Ghent, Chimay ,...) and I have always paid much less. Considering also the very peripheral position, actually more than peripheral position, this B&B is definitely overpriced.
