My friend and I stayed there last night and there was roaches! And it looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in months! I don't know why the place is still running! It's disgusting, definitely don't recommend it! And their staff is awful! They are so rude! Like can you guys get some pest control there?! I told the front...

Roaches appeared when heat was turn on. Left by mistake in room computer. Was not turn in by housekeeper or maybe it was, no one admitted to having it. That was my first and last time with these people.

Absolutely shocking! From the check in where the counter staff asked if England was part of the uk, to the drug deal that went on outside the entrance to the office in the car park! I can't believe this place is still trading! After driving 1500 miles around 3 states, staying in motels every night, this place took the biscuit.......

I checked in Sunday evening. The chair is broken, tiny towels, breakfast area big enough for 4 children. There are very few spots and they are vey tight. There are homeless people walking everywhere. I requested a wake up call on Monday night, but didn't receive one so had to rush to make sure I wasn't late. Then my business...

For starters: the manager called my phone I put when I reserved the room (we were late arriving) marked the voicemail urgent and left a message that was like an aggressive bill collector!!!! When I did go to check in, he took photo copies of my info (ILLEGAL!) then wrote down EVERYTHING from my drivers license -- then is being...

First, the name is a lie. It is not in Old Town Sacramento and the neighborhood is so dangerous they kept the door locked to the office all day. The smoke alarm had a plastic wrap cover over it defeating it's purpose. The base board and molding at the bottom of the walls were covered with old squished bug remains...

Here I am in Downtown Sacramento, and I run into a wall of traffic. Bumper to bumper as far as the eye can see. After being on the road for 10 hours and 600 miles, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. With my plan to get to Frenso scuttled, I pull off at a solid looking...

Tthis place is horrible. They advertise cable and HBO, they provide local stations, and if you ask for help, the desk jockey tries to tell you that it must be your fault. My advise is run and don't look back. I drive truck, am used to minimal amenities, but this one is beyond bad.

I booked this hotel for the first night of my drive home from Palm Springs to Vancouver. I should have kept driving! The hotel is located close to I5 hence we were kept awake most of the night by traffic noise. It would seem that the hotel is housing some long term homeless people and there are a lot of...
