Moniquia was extremely friendly and efficient during our check-in process! She was definitely a pleasure to interact as the front of the line!!! She attended us efficiently and handled our check-in with poise and professionalism!

Decent hotel in the wrong place. Just passing through and needed a night's sleep. Nice staff, nice well kept rooms, good parking. Conveniently located next to the busy noisy highway and freight train tracks. Oooh, the tooting. And, our hotel wing has an elevator that vibrates the whole building especially in the morning during the mad rush out the place... More

Dear Troisoiseaux, We apologize for the train whistles and wish we had some control over their schedule. As a courtesy, we do provide ear plugs for our guests that are light sleepers. Thank you for kindly pointing out that you enjoyed the nice staff and well kept rooms. We are pleased to hear we met your expectations in the areas... More

Front desk person (Ashlee) was experienced with finding the best route to our meeting, printing out a map with descriptions and getting us there on time! So appreciated... Later that evening we needed directions to Red Lobster for our Anniversary and we had another girl print out a map and got us there for a lovely time together. Thank You!

I have stayed in most of the courtyards in the Sacramento region. Always seem to avoid this area. However was very pleasantly surprised by the property. Just down the street from Arden fair mall. Interesting layout. The staff that was very friendly. Especially Brad at the night desk. Made me feel like a VIP.

I've stayed at probably 15 Courtyard Marriott's over the last couple years and was incredibly impressed with the service provided overall. Most especially, Ophelia, who helped with all our meeting room needs, was incredibly friendly. She always seemed a step ahead of our needs, remembered all our names and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience!

I can always look forward to a good nights rest or several, depending on our schedule. Always clean and fresh , good customer service, love the bistro. A ways off the highway but very quiet and not a bad location.

I was staying in a neighboring Marriott property for 4 nights last week. I came to the bar at the Courtyard for a bite to eat. I met Cory, who introduced herself and took my order. Cory was very attentive, remembered my name and my beverage of choice. I was so impressed I came back the remaining 3 nights of... More

I did not sleep well here. The room was clean but had a musty feel. The A/C helped some but was too noisy to leave on overnight. A passing train blew a horn every half hour but the room did come with earplugs so I'm sure this is not news to management. The downstairs 'Bistro' was fast food burgers, etc.

Dear Myrottndog, Please accept our apologies for the room not meeting your expectations. We're sorry we didn't have the opportunity to move you to a more suitable room. We will be sure to pass this comment on to our housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, we have zero control over the train whistles. They are required by law to make their presence known... More

Having not been to Sacrament in about 25 years, I chose this location to stay and I am glad I did. It was conveniently located near the airport, the Sacramento Expo, downtown, Arden Fair, and Old Sacramento. The check in was super-quick, and my compadres and I ended up eating dinner in the little cafe near the lobby. I was... More

We stayed here 2 nights. Great location, easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The rooms are large, comfortable beds and overall very clean. The only thing we wished we had was a microwave but we were able to use the one downstairs in the little market. The pool was not heated, so we didn't swim. The Starbucks downstairs... More
