Pool was being remodeled. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was great. The rooms were a bit small, but had the right amenities for us. Microwave, coffee maker, fridge. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is ok. Nearby restaurants, but no close grocery store. Wifi was great and charging outlets were plentiful. Kids welcome. Pets welcome, too.

I stayed here over the weekend for work. I get back to Oregon yesterday and realize my "space saver cord" blow dryer has a new cord attached. One that does not allow the cord to go inside my dryer. WHY was a new cord attached my dryer? Did your maids break my cord? I am NOT happy! Now I have...

The Hotel is very nice , and is under renovation, They did remove all of the breakfast things prior to 9:30 so nothing was available to the guest at 9:30 (then ending time ) We were not affected but felt bad for guest that came in right before the 9:30 time and nothing was available but black coffee.

Wonderful property and thankfully it's surrounded by a fence. The property is kept clean and well maintained, but since it's right by the river walk entrance there seems to be a huge homeless population in the area. While no one bothered us I still didn't feel very safe.

Part of my 4-point rating has to do with the incredible deal I got for the room on a third-party booking site (Hotwire). The rest of the score was due to the great service received by the hotel staff. A friend and I were to attend a men's conference in Sacramento, and needed a room for Friday night. After blind-booking...

My husband and I had booked a room over the phone. Once we got to our destination we found out that the downtown Sacramento California room was booked for Texas. As my husband talked to the lady behind the counter{lwhom was extrreamly rude} I was on the phone to reservations. Per reservations our motel that we were booked for in...

I Apologize for the rude service you received at our property. We are currently in the process of retraining our staff in the area of customer service. As far as the booking issue there was a glitch in our system at our central reservation department. The issue has been corrected. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Perfect to save money from downtown, but seedy neighborhood, but spent much money on shrouding it from the area. In rehab, section at a time. Ok. We will still go there. Backs up to Sacramento River. Stay on West side of hotel upstairs on 3rd floor in A or B building. Uber to Old Town is $6.00. It is OK.

Hotel was being modernized, our king suite was a good value, although the towels were thin and the door was far from sealing when closed and locked. It was supposed to have been completed, but there were areas that needed attention.

I stayed here off and on for the past few years as it was a good middle of the way distance between Oregon and Southern California where I travel frequently. The rooms are generally shabby, but the location and price is good and for one night it's not too big of a deal. Until last night. I parked outside of...
