My wife and I stayed here last night on the penultimate night of our Route 66 trip across America from Chicago to Los Angeles. We arrived around 5pm and checked in with Romila, the lady owner. I asked for a quiet Wigwam at the backj of the park, as I had read that noise road is a feature towards the...

Property and rooms are very well maintained . Stayed in the larger non-smoking Wigwam with two double beds. On historic Route 66 it is right on the border of Rialto and San Bernardino. Had read some concerns that it was in a bad neighborhood but the Rialto side was perfectly fine . How ever parts of San Bernardino are a...

This motel is an icon of the old Route 66. We came here as a part of a tour group doing a driving holiday with a company that specialises in tours on Route 66. The grounds of the motel are really nice and the Wigwams are in great shape and are surprisingly spacious. It is not in a place that...

Cool little place, pre booked as 1st night of LA / Vegas/ San Fran / H1 road trip. Yes it's a bit industrial nearby- but it's been there since 1949! Very well kept grounds, rooms a little dated but nice and clean with very comfy bed. Friendly staff and perfect for a road trip

We stayed here to go to an event a few miles away. The neighborhood is a little run down. Mostly businesses...tire shops, liquor stores, and junkyards. The motel is nice because you can park your car just outside your door. No need to lug your luggage up stairs, or across huge parking lots. The rooms are cute and clean. The...

Loved our stay at the Wigwam motel! This is a beautifully preserved piece of Americana folk art- a step back in time to stay here and an education on historic Rt. 66. The owner/ manager, Kumar, is friendly and well informed and can tell you all about the hotel, its history, and about the broader history of Rt 66, and...

This Route 66 motel is quirky and fun, dating back to classic route 66 novel motels. The accommodation is clean and well maintained. The service was good with the receptionist being friendly and helpful.

Having chose to ignore the negative reviews of this motel I went with an open mind and was very excited to stay at such an unusual accommodation whilst on a road trip in California. However it all became a big mistake when phoning to confirm my booking. Kumar proceeded to tell me that my booking didn't exist as it was...

Unusual and fun one night stay at this little gem. Arrived quite late after a long drive, quick no fuss check in, parked next to our teepee which was surprisingly good size, clean and tidy, shower worked fine, and the hotel has a nice little swimming pool so we were able to have a lovely refreshing swim. The surrounding area...

WigWam is a Motel you have to visit for minimum one time in your live. A great experience. We've been here the first time and we're looking forward for the next visit. The guy at front desk (i think it was the owner) is a cool guy. Complete facility was well maintained. Romms are clean and renovated. Only the bathroom...
