Had to change rooms as the first one had a disgustingly dirty bathroom. 2nd room was a bit better until I discovered that the carpet near the bathroom was soaking wet and filthy. And the refrigerator was so loud that I needed to unplug it. Looked like a place from Breaking Bad, complete with prostitutes outside. Stay away!

Stayed here during a 9 hour layover because it was the cheapest we could find near the airport but this place isn't worth $20!!! This place should be bulldozed and used as a parking lot! Airport Shuttle Service only runs at certain times of the day on certain days and it costs you more money. What a joke. Air conditioner... More

Had an early flight out of SJC. No hot water for shower. Ran water -- scarce CA resource! -- for 15 minutes and it was tepid at best. When checking out, we were told this is common complaint for our room and that we needed to run water at least 20 minutes. Requested refund from manager for our inconvenience and... More

Never book this hotel, we spent the last day of our holiday in San Francisco and we were going to stay overnight here before flying home. When we went to check in at 1900 we were told because it was so late they presumed we were not coming so sold our room to someone else without even phoning us to... More

We used them for Park Sleep Fly since the Garden Inn was no longer offering this service. The motel was clean but dated. They use American cab as their shuttle to and from the airport. Going to the airport at 4:30 am was no problem, however coming back was another story. We were told to call the motel once we... More

Wife and I stayed there for one night. Good location close to the airport. Room and bed were clean. Adequate place to stay for one night. Don't expect much of a breakfast. Hotel staff was professional. Parking was sufficient for a hotel of it's size.

This is a typical motel designed in the 50ies with a recent coat of paint. You've been there ... 2 floors but no elevators, desk and floor lamps that don't work, only two outlets per room that won't hold a plug, noisy window air conditioners that are controlled by percentage dial rather than degrees. It seemed clean but tired. The... More

Could not book at our usual hotel, San Jose Airport Garden Inn, they no longer offer package deal but still advertising it on website. This was only package available on short notice. Motel is dated to say the least but clean. Served continental breakfast before transport in their van to airport. Returning was another story, after calling told American cab... More

Lobby was closed at 6pm and we only saw a sign says “no more rooms”, had to call Expedia after 10 min when I was sure that there is no one to talk to. While talking to the Expedia support, a women shows up, with no apologies (her name is Ceeta) and was mad that I called Expedia. Room is... More
