My husband and I checked in on a Thursday afternoon. We were able to check into our room early and the bellman assisted us with our bags. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was perfect. Our private sulfur tub worked great and we soaked 3 sidfeeent times during our stay. We enjoyed the scenic hike overlooking Avila...

everything was great. I was a little embarrassed when we rented the Oasis on the 2nd night in a row. We were told that we would get the rate of two people, considering we had paid the full 4 people rate the night prior and we paid for a suite for 2 nights. I double confirmed it BEFORE that night....

Of course, I'm glad that your stay was great. Except for the situation regarding Oasis. I just sent your comments to our spa managers and ask for immediate clarification. Do contact me directly to discuss this further. Thank you.

Our hot tub did not have the same smell/sulfur from past stays ..I don't recommend staying in Devine if looking for a good Sulfur soak.. I feel like it was normal well water:-( and someone should have told us . especially because we spurged on a nicer room but definitely will not again..And the phone charger I bought from gift...

All the water at Sycamore is from our underground mineral spring aquifers. Some of the well do have the sulfur smell, others do not. We had a third-party test our waters, and all are rich in minerals, with variations in the wells. If you'd like to discuss the mineral spring waters questions you had, do contact me. Thank you for...

Our room had a sink and mini fridge, but no microwave. The bed was super comfy! There's a hot tub outside on the porch, just watch out for mosquitoes biting!!! However, the service was great. This is a great place to spend a short vacay. (Make sure to check out the night time farmers market on Thursday in downtown SLO...

Thank you for telling us you had a nice stay at Sycamore. Though we do not have microwaves in each room, one can be brought to you at no charge. Please do return soon for another "great...vacay."

The folks here are great. The selling point about a room with a hot tub, however, was a bit lost. The first day, the tub was just draining all the time. The resort gave us access to the general hot tubs and the best one. And maintenance fixed the tub that evening, it seemed. The next day, the tub filled...

I do appreciate you telling us that you thought the "folks here are great." I wish I knew more about the hot tub issue. Naturally, one of the reasons guests visit Sycamore is to relax in the therapeutic mineral spring waters. In regards to the beds, we do regularly purchase very high quality ones. It is a challenge to get...

This is our second stay here. We love this place and the soaking on our deck. The Spa is excellent too. Housekeeping could be better and the patio cover on our deck has not been replaced when mentioned since last year. But room service is quick and the grounds are beautiful. Hidden little secret.

The sauna chats did not work, and when I went to the desk to tell them all they said was thank you and didn't offer any type of discount next time I came for anything. I have visited about 20 years ago and it was a great experience this experience was the total opposite .

I'm sorry I'm not quite clear on your comments. I'm not sure what you meant in regards to the "sauna chat." Did you mean the jets? I'm happy to discuss this further with you. I appreciate you taking the time to write a review.

This place is great! Its nice and quiet. The in room jacuzzi's are awesome! I'm not sure how I feel about the quiet times but I understand. Its kind of hard to judge what's loud or not. The sound of the jacuzzi is loud but you can use the Jacuzzi at 7 am but will that break quiet hours which...
