Peach Tree has excellent location with great views from the back porch. It is located right next door to the very pricey Apple Farm Inn. Rooms are small, dated, and plain and tend to be very warm in the summer time (window air conditioners are off upon arrival), but they are clean. Breakfast is provided and includes fresh fruit, boiled...

We were driving by on our trip thru Hwy 1 and just needed a room for the night. This was a good deal since the rates were pretty good and the room was okay. Clean, with TV, AC and free Wi-FI. Also you get to park right outside your door, which can be very helpful during a road trip when...

I can't say enough about how nice a place this is - the back porch alone is worth the stay. They have bird feeders (including hummingbird) and the birds and squirrels were waiting expectantly for the staff to load up the feeders. The rooms were very clean, the continental breakfast was ample. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are...

Unfortunately or fortunately, I did not get to stay at this place -- but I experienced how they treat potential customers firsthand on the phone when I was about to make a reservation. After reading glowing reviews here on tripadvisor and yelp, I was pretty much sold and decided to give them a phone call today to make a reservation...

We drove into town looking for a place to stay and with only five minutes of warning the Peach Tree quickly had us on the back porch with refreshments enjoying the lovely landscape and a room with a price that was far better than the nearby places. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful, I can't be...

We stayed one night at the Peach Tree Inn on our way down to LA. The location of the inn is perfect, just off the freeway and within walking distance of downtown (for those who don’t mind a bit of a walk like us). The inn backs out onto a hill, and does make it feel semi-rural. The room was...

My wife and I have stayed at the Peach Tree numerous times and we are never disappointed. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It has a real family atmosphere feel. Our room has always been clean and comfortable. We especially like it that we can park our car right outside our room door. The hotel is just minutes from downtown...

I have stayed at the Peach tree as a regular since 1995. Over the years the place has just gotten better and better. new beds now and a new office and many of the rooms have a bigger bathroom. There are so many great things to say about the Peach Tree Inn that I am at a loss as to...

The hotel was really, really nice....40 years ago! Outdated, old looking, and drab...Decor was depressing...breakfast was food - no taste...just food.. Front office people were nice... They did have several movies on VCR tapes to borrow....Does that say it all?
