We had a group of about 25 people staying in 12 rooms for a memorial service last weekend. the Bistro and Bar was a wonderful place for people to congregate informally. Everyone was very accommodating and the service was fantastic. Particularly Quinton, the bartender and Kathy, Brianna, and Jaqueline who served us in the mornings. The hotel is well maintained... I have stayed here a number of times in recent years. It's convenient and I like the Bistro addition so that you can get breakfast in the morning and light meal, drinks in the evening if you wish. The free parking is a plus. The rates on the weekend are usually reasonable, but often during the week they are quite... More

I stayed for 2 nights while on a business trip to San Ramon. It is a standard Courtyard format. Reception isn't permanently manned, so on a couple of occasions I had to wait till someone appeared from the windowless back office, with no obvious means of being summoned. Rates are very high for what it is, driven up by demand... More

I traveled to San Ramon for business purposes, the hotel is really convenient in location, great housekeeping and the service from the ladies in the front desk is remarkable. I got an iphone cable on loan because mine was damaged, and very convenient to get in/get out any time of the day or night. Room was with enough space and... More

Ideal for business in Oakland or San Jose. After work enjoy hiking in nearby mountains (Las Trampas, Mission Peak, Mount Diablo) and excellent dining locals (San Ramon, Danville, Alamo). Also an easy drive (2.5hr) to Yosemite. Hotel staff are excellent and the hotel is clean.

The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms seam to be renovated recently. They are nicely equipped with a flat screen tv, coffee maker and fridge. The hotel features a bistro where you can get food. They serve Starbucks coffee. The location is right by the freeway and a big Main Street witch makes it a little bit noisy. That's... More

Convenient location off the freeway. However, we had a room facing the freeway and YES we could hear the freeway noise. I thought the room was small and narrow. Standard Courtyard amenities were good and room was clean. We went back under freeway to Peets for coffee. Midway between Walnut Creek and Pleasanton
