Outstanding service. Great amenities. The bed could have been firmer. The breakfast was delicious: yogurt, berries, granola, eggs, coffee. The location was terrific for easy access to the beach. I would definitely come again.

We usually stay in hotels (ie Westin, Sheraton) and don't often take advantage of these types of places. I must say, I was very impressed! The bed was incredibly comfortable (from the mattress, to the sheets, to the pillows!), the room temperature was managed to our liking with the AC, fan and window, the shower and bath was clean and...

This bed & breakfast was very well put together. Loved feeling safe at all times and loved the cleanliness of the entire place. We cannot wait to come back. General Manager Paul Bullock was great to work with!

We have stayed at The Eagle Inn on three separate occasions and have found our rooms to be very comfortable and clean, decorated with consideration of the building's architecture. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly; the company culture of excellent hospitality comes through. It's a lovely, charming hotel with friendly services like chocolate chip cookies and coffee...

Very comfortable hotel- they seem to run it very well. Very nice staff, great breakfast- really great experience and excellent location. Loved the free use of bicycles and the local feeling from the neighborhood. Only a few blocks from the beach. Really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to everyone!

The Eagle Inn in Santa Barbara is absolutely the best property I've ever stayed in, in all 48 years in my traveling life. I'm a retired international commercial pilot and have been globe trotting since 1967, whether on duty or holiday and this is absolutely the best property I've encountered. Of course it's a different experience from 5 star international...

We stayed during a very hot and humid few days in Santa Barbara. We were very thankful for the efficient, quiet air conditioning system. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. The breakfast choices were always tasty and served in a relaxing atmosphere. This Inn is a hidden treasure . We will be back for sure!

A very small and comfortable place. The staff was very nice. The location was very nice -- on a quiet street close to the beach, a park (with tennis courts) and walking distance to restaurants. Great breakfast included. Only bad was less than reliable Wifi.

An inn with good breakfast, with its own parking and wifi (maybe not so fast), but the room is not so big and the only bed is not so big for whole family. The room beside the street may be noisy, but the room beside parking is much better.
