We came in with rain and it was very muddy. Difficult to evaluate. Minimal full hook ups. The full hook up spots looked nicer than the electricity and water sites we stayed in. Everyone very nice and helpful

We stayed in one of the new cottages and loved it. I was grateful that there was no WiFi. It helped me to disconnect and enjoy the grounds and mountains with my family. The grounds are great despite the heavy rains. Dog friendly. Our 3 dogs enjoyed hiking and endless trails. The food in the Family Building was very good.

The wi-fi system is the worst of all 1000 trails parks we have ever visited. With no phone service there either, in an emergency we would be in big trouble. For this reason, we will probable not return.

Bottom of a Canyon with mirrors on switch back turns. Only room for 1 RV either coming or going yet they said there was room to pass! Not for the faint of heart! Dirt spots with No Pull Throughs. Didn't turn on heater in pool to save money. Breakfast was a joke. We and our friends left early. Didn'dt see...

This fantastic property (views, amenities, services, personnel) must do something about wifi access. This is especially important given the VERY poor cell reception in this valley (Verizon is the best, but eexpect voice only).

Beautiful facility in the middle of the Coastal Mountain Range but only 20 minutes to Santa Barbara. A real Gem. This TT had the best customer service we have experience from the staff at any campground we have visited!!! We were visiting Jan 15 until the 22nd of 2017 with a 3 different groups.

This was a celebration for my sister & I, 1st time RVing together w/our husbands. Very disappointed in no services at sites, no TV,internet, cell svc. Tons of rain so those svcs would have helped. Watched football at stone house, that was nice but no cell svc from site was terrible since I'm handicapped & couldn't communicate. THIS IS FOR RV...
