Not what they advertised, smell of detergent and not clean. It is hard to pay $300 for this quality of room. They claimed all units were remember Seles and quality is great. It was not obviously remodeled. We saw lots of vacancy near by and they are all in same quality for less price. I do not recommend, before check...

This hotel was an excellent choice, 10 mins on a straight road to get to the sea front, yet far enough from the busy heart of Santa Barbara. The only minus is the lack of Breakfast, offering us an expensive breakfast in the attached restaurant wasn't the best deal we came upon on our trip. Sambos on the front is...

What a great find this was. It's right on state st but not in the heart of all the traffic and noise of the downtown area but an easy 2-3 minute drive. The private balcony was a great way to start the day with a little tea and amazing views of the mountains. The property has such a calming tropical...

I enjoyed my 2 night stay here on business. Clean, quiet, great restaurant and bar for dinner. My room was very spacious with a nice balcony and view of the pool. I would have given a 5 rating, except for a big problem getting breakfast. There is only one waitress at 9 am for the whole dining room. I literally...

Great little place we stayed while traveling South on Highway 1. They have actual lemon trees in the back, right next to the rooms and the pool area. Service was friendly and the rooms clean. Location is walking distance to all the eateries on State Street and the waterfront.

Check in was quick and seamless. Room is big and clean. Bathroom is a little tired but that is forgiven. The room had a lovely...

We enjoyed our several days at the Lemon Tree. Lovely grounds and pool, set about a mile from the main downtown on State Street, but quite close to the Natural History Museum, Botanical Garden, and the Old Mission. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff uniformly helpful. Breakfasts were large, but we did think that $4 for a...
