Stayed overnight with my partner on Sunday 23rd October. This is a great affordable base in Santa Barbara, an easy drive into the centre. Rooms spotlessly clean and with character - simple snacks for breakfast but everything fresh and tasty - best of all was the friendly, attentive service at reception. Would definitely stay again.

I normally wouldn't stay in a motel but SB was busy this weekend so most hotels were booked or ridiculously expensive. I decided to try Agave Inn due to its reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The owner was welcoming, accommodating and very helpful. The location was very convenient for what I wanted to do that weekend. Plenty of good restaurants...

Cleverly decorated. Great customer service. Expensive for a motel--but woman on the phone was really flexible about switching my stay dates I chose online. 4 stars for customer service. Took off one star because of high price.

I travel frequently and without a doubt this was one of the lowest quality places that I have stayed in at least ten years. We needed a room in Santa Barbara at the last minute in April, and this was one of the few rooms left in town. We paid a premium for it (nearly $300 on the weekend), but...

Stayed here one night on a last minute booking when many hotels where already full. Room was clean but looked like something from the 70's. Air conditioner was so noisy I couldn't leave it on at night. At least it was easy to take an Uber to a restaurant on State street. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was...

This small motel is located right on State St. across for Gelsons Market, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There are only a few rooms at this motel, but each room has a South Western blanket on the bed. My room had a microwave, fridge, tv (no HBO). It was clean and quiet. It was relatively inexpensive for Santa...

Very cute, updated place to stay. Our room was very clean with very comfortable bedding. Opened the windows for nice, cool sleeping. Easy to get to the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again!
