$300 a night for the penthouse! What a disaster. The place was filthy, black mold in the bathroom, no hot water, exposed wires, the furniture in horrible condition. This place needs a floor to ceiling redo.

There is a thai restaurant that shares the building on the street level. Their food is very good. I was not happy with a small mexican taco place that is right near the pier, so maybe avoid that.
