We book a group site well in advance and had plenty of room for large motorhomes. Everything was coordinated so checking in was a snap. They ensured quiet hours were kept. Lots of kiddies to do and there was still water in the creek.

If you have kids, bring their bikes or razor scooters to get to the fun area (jumping pillow, etc. ) bring your swimsuit bc the pol should be open, they said Memorial Day weekend when we were there. Charcoal and lighter... More

No it is not too cold to tent camp there in mid-April. We tent camped in early April and did fine. Your sleeping bag temperature rating should be about 40 degrees to be comfortable. This area does not get much colder than... More
