My friends planned a surprise weekend here for my bachelorette party, and we had SUCH a fantastic time! The hotel itself was quirky and fun with some great history, the food at all of our meals was excellent, and the staff was unbelievably helpful and so friendly! Best of all, we did the murder mystery weekend package, and it was...

I planned a surprise Murder Mystery bachelorette party for a group of 13 at the Glen Tavern Inn and it was fantastic. The activity itself was great, but I was also incredibly impressed with the service and value we got at Glen Tavern. Monica was incredibly helpful with the planning, even though there was another event that she was managing...

Great old style hotel straight from the 1930's. Santa Paula does not have much to offer anymore, but the hotel is a gem. Located right across from the Antique Train Depot, you can park your car, ride the train in from Fillmore, register, have a nice lunch at the hotel and then go back to Fillmore to get your car...

We booked the whole 3rd floor for a special event. The whole staff was wonderful from Monica to the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff. Our guests loved every minute of their stay in the historic Glen Tavern Inn. Would recommend highly to anyone that enjoys excellent service and makes you fell like one of the family.

If you get a renovated room, you may really enjoy this place. The grounds are LOVELY. The staff are mediocre and not always available. If you are in Santa Paula, it isn't a horrible place to stay...it just isn't as special as it could be. We have had many friends and family stay here. It is a mixed bag. The...

Nestled in the historic and scenic Santa Paula Valley, just an hour north of Los Angeles, this 100-year old hotel has been lovingly restored by its family owners, who clearly take pride in their property and want you to enjoy it! My 11-year old son and I booked into the hotel on a recent week-end, wanting a break from the...

The phrase, "It was a place that sent you back in time", is overused. However, A stay at the Glen Tavern Inn is exactly that. It has been awarded a federal landmark and occupied by Harry Houdini, John Wayne, Carol Lombard, etc..It offers a lending library so you can read on one of the many comfy sofas in the main...

I decided to go to the Glen Tavern Inn to take my daughter on a Mother/Daughter weekend. The coziness of the decor looked so inviting, and finding out the history and it being 100 years old, I thought this would be the perfect getaway not far from home. The added mystery of the paranormal activities seemed pretty cool, too. It...
