I booked through a website that did not specify the hotel, then saw horrible reviews and almost cancelled. Wrong hotel! This location (Fountain Grove Pkwy) is perfect, the staff wonderful, and pet friendly. No complaints at all!

I'm not usually a complainer, but this place really let us down. My wife and I had reserved a Studio Suite with 2 Full Beds. At check-in, we were told there was no such room available, and that we'd be assigned 2 separate rooms each with a single bed. We said this was not acceptable. After 10 minutes or so,...

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. Please accept our apologies that your stay was not to our company’s high standards. All of the aforementioned service failures you experienced are outside of the norm and are truly regrettable. First, I would like to apologize for any confusion there may have been...

This is a basic hotel so don't go expecting a 4-star hotel! The rooms are nice, large and clean. There is a little kitchen with stove, sink and refrigerator and it's set up nicely. The room has two tables with chairs (more like desks than dining tables) but we pulled the table out and put the two chairs at it...

My non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke; One of the lamps and both the fan and light above the stove did not work; The drain stopper was not connected to the tub; A dog was barking in someone's room for 45 minutes; The wall was so thin that the sounds of normal conversation and the TV in the next room...

I stayed here for three nights after a long overseas trip and really just wanted a nice, quiet place to recuperate while visiting family in the area. I was put on bottom floor at the end of the hall in front of the elevator, door to outside and cleaning room. This was so noisy, all night long. I could hear...

Staff at the front desk was just fine. Usually very nice and helpful. I stayed here for 16 days for work. After about the first week and a half, my toilet didn't flush right, so I called the front desk, they sent maintenance there while I was at work. I returned to my room later that night to find out...

We made reservations on short notice based on price, website description, and proximity to the Kaiser hospital. Access at night in an unfamiliar town was tricky, even with a GPS. Based on the website I'd pictured something like a Residence Inn, but this is not in the same league. Even the front doors are hard to navigate with luggage. The...

We stayed here for a wedding, so we were only here for one night. I had to work late so we rushed up here in time to make the wedding shuttle at 5pm. We got to the hotel by 4pm (3pm is check-in, according to their site) and once we arrived we tried to check in. The person at the...

Traveled 3 hrs to find out no lobby bathroom. Had to go to Hilton across the street to use their bathroom. Heavy set Blonde receptionist was very rude and lazy. I was there for work, which was a 2 mile commute. It is on a very busy intersection, so if you are in the front rooms, you hear a lot of trucks braking, and motorcycles revving up. If you stay on the 3rd floor, which is "half" no smoking, if you are not a smoker, you have 2nd hand smoke...
