We stayed here for several nights earlier this month and really enjoyed our stay, thanks in large part to Audrey who found us the best room that opened to the pool. The Flamingo isn't the fanciest, but that's part of its appeal. I was reminded of the types of hotels/resorts we stayed at as a family in the 70s, but... More

This is an old (1960s style) hotel on the outside, and much of the inside. Check-in was rather slow in their dim lobby. There were three guests waiting to check in, and there were three staff at the front desk, but two of them were on the phone taking reservations. They really should staff their reservations agents in an office,... More

Recently, my husband and I attempted to make reservations for the Flamingo Resort and Spa in Santa Rosa Thanksgiving Day Buffet. We had never been there and were interested in trying it out this year. The frustration we encountered three days running is painful to describe. We were subjected to endless automated robot phone calls that bounced us all over... More

I stayed her for 8 days for a McDougall immersion program. I have to tell you that the staff was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day. The program had it organized very well so our check in was smooth. I will say that when I wasn't sure if my room was booked I called to check and the hotel... More

Stayed 3 nights at this nice quiet resort. Our room was on the top floor which was spacious and quiet. Pool area had plenty of beds and was quiet until shouty people come out from there conferences speaking absolutely nonsense on there phones ahhhhhhhh ! 🤥🤥🤥 Not the hotels fault just annoying people. The food in the bar area was... More

We stayed 3nights liked the hotel although a little further out from any bars and restaurants so either needed to drive out, eat in the hotel or get uber to downtown as the hotel bar closed at 9pm a tad early. Lovely room very spacious and very quiet. Breakfast and food in restaurant very good quality. We spent one day... More

Pros: 1) Close to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital (a family member had recently been admitted); it's less than a mile. Also, very close to the freeway (easy on, easy off). 2) While it's an old, well-known establishment, the rooms have recently been remodeled. Our room was very modern, and absolutely sparkling clean. The bedding was unbelievable soft and comfy. 3)... More

The Flamingo was disappointing from the moment we checked in. Although we had reservations, the desk clerk said "let me see if we have a room" and then tried to give us a room on the second floor with no elevator, which as seniors, was unacceptable. Going to our room I noticed torn carpet and piles of dirty laundry in... More

Excellent full service resort! Rooms are large, restaurants are very good, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is very service oriented and the resort is conveniently located close to all there is to do in the area. This resort is a very good value and a very nice place to stay.

We were treated royally upon arrival. There was a small snafu with our reservation which was quickly and professionally rectified by the manager, Cindy. Our room was divine and the pool was incredible as always!! The restaurant and bar were superb as usual and we had breakfast there most mornings of our stay. We stay there every time we go... More
