Beautiful hotel and grounds in very nice area. We felt very safe. Moderately priced. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious with made to order egg burritos and omelets along with the usual breakfast foods to provide a nice variety. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Nice location , not far from the Regan library. There are no elevators to the second floor, but the front desk will help you carry your luggage up the stairs if you ask. Property is older but in good shape. Room could use an update, but was clean and confortable. Included breakfast was the usual with the addition of freshly made omlettes and breakfast burritos. Property was easy to find and the parking is free. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. As usual, I rate the shower pressure, 6.5/10.

When we first arrived and checked in, I was a bit put off by the woman behind the counter. She just wasn’t pleasant and not very helpful. That was the only issue I had with the property. Every other staff member I encountered were extremely nice. The room was clean. The bathroom was small but extremely clean. This property offers free breakfast until 9:00am, and what a breakfast! Most hotels of this level offer powered scrambled eggs and cheap meat & potato products on paper or plastic plates and utensils. Not here. REAL scramble eggs and quality other items on real plates and silverware!! And, you can also order a fresh custom made breakfast burrito!!!! Bring your bathing suits. Nice pool and large hot tub, both very well maintained.

I’m an elite member and I told the clerk I had a reservation and he took so long to register me and it 1:45am in the morning- I was exhausted. My family was in the car waiting and waiting. Normally. It only takes a few minutes for check in. This check in took forever.

This was to be our final stop before heading to LAX for our flight home to the UK. It was really clean, had a big bedroom which overlooked the pool area. For a BW we bought it was very expensive, but then our whole road trip has been!!! Breakfast was a bit chaotic and very busy, staff were under pressure to get the food out as quick as possible and lots of people complaining. They were slow to clear the tables which then led to other people having to wait for clean tables. Within walking distance of a large supermarket and there was a chinese buffet restaurant opposite the hotel which was really busy.

We stayed here recently and it was a lovely stay. I requested a quiet room from Chris at the front desk and got one in a quiet corner of the hotel. It was great! Chris was friendly, personable, and provided excellent customer service. The room was big and seemed to have been renovated and the whole hotel was nice. Breakfast had a great selection of items. . . make your own omelet and burrito (I like the way they have you fill out a piece of paper with what you want in your item and then they bring it to you, so you aren't waiting in a line), fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, milk, eggs, sausages, belgian waffles, etc. I do wish they had outside seating for those who are more comfortable sitting outside. The eating area isn't so big when there are a lot of people. We ended up bringing our food to our room which worked fine. There is plenty of parking around the property and there are lots of restaurants and a Target very close by. We went to visit the Reagan Museum which was less than 5 minutes away. I made use of the business center and was able to use the internet and print out things with no problem. This hotel is a great choice if you are in the area.…

I always stay here when I'm in Simi Valley. The staff is so friendly and alway have a smile on there face.They have a hot breakfast in the morning and the Rooms are always clean. I wont stay anywhere else when I'm in this area. If you have not stayed at this hotel please give them a try. They are also dog friendly and always remember my dogs name.
