Stayed here for the Marine Corps Birthday Ball at Reagan Library. I chose this hotel because it was nearby and there is a bar with live music attached. The property doesn't look bad but there were a lot of weird smells throughout the hotel. One smell reminded me of a bowling alley. Luckily our room had no strange odors. The...

We had originally planned on staying at this hotel for three nights. However, after spending 10 minutes in the room, we decided that we would leave in the morning. We would have left that night, but we had just driven 2500 miles to visit our son and had been helping him move, and we were too tired to pack everything...

I spent three nights there on business. The room was fine, as was the bar and restaurant. Breakfast was available as a buffet or a la carte at reasonable prices. Some people received vouchers for free buffet (basic). It depends on how much you paid for the room.

My wife and I booked the Grand Vista for a 1 night stay via Priceline. We got an exceptionally good rate, but the normal rates for the Grand Vista are typically lower than comparable properties, so it's usually a good deal. The location is a little out there, but there is a lot of stuff nearby. It is listed as...

My room smelled of marijuana! Tv didn't work ! I called the front desk ! Told him the tv didn't work ! He said there was no technician available! He said he could get me another room ! I was just surprised that he didn't know the tv didn't work and told me before I walked up 4 flights of...

We stayed here for 3 nights during a recent visit to LA. Among the extremely pricey hotels, this one was a great find. It is quite away from the airport, but withing a reasonable driving distance to major attractions like the Universal Studios, etc. (~ 40 mins which seems quite fair in a busy metro such as LA). You could...

Access to the hotel is great, it has plenty of parking lots and is close to the highway junction. I found the interior of the hotel as well as my room pretty uninspiring, old-fashioned and mouldy. The basic facilities I needed were present, a good bed, TV, good shower, rerfrigerator and desk. I noticed however it was not properly cleaned...

Nice reception area. Had 4th floor suite. Room was modern, clean, very comfortable. Room came with complementary drink from bar, free breakfast. Breakfast is standard continental. No eggs or meat, lots of cereal, breads, make-it-yourself waffles, oatmeal, fruit. Friendly staff.

We were in town for a funeral. We booked this online after reading a description and reviews. It's right off the freeway, easy access. Plenty of parking, I used handicap. Found stop near door. Lobby was big and grand but older. Bar and restaurant. Didn't use either so can't elaborate. The room was down the hall on first floor. What...

Upon checking in I was greeted with a giant hello and smile from the young woman behind the desk. It was late, I was a little tired and probably not in the best mood, however, she changed my disposition immediately. That kind of service can go an awful long way when it is the first impression of a hotel. The...
