I visited on a full house weekend but still felt like I had the run of the place to myself. What I really loved but didn't expect was the autonomy they give their guests in everything from check in to check out. Upon check in everything was as my brief email of intro said, wine and cheese were available in...

I just loved this place and it fully met my expectations. If you want peace and quiet or a time of self reflection this is definitely the place. The staff was kind and very hospitable to my needs. I will definitely be back here

We drove into Pasadena from the Sierras, arriving in the early evening. The directions for getting into the house were clear and flawless and a beautiful sitting room welcomed us with wine and cookies. The room was beautiful, cozy and clean and en-suite was a huge tub. Best of all the breakfast! the next morning Blanca, the manager in residence,...

I chose the Arroyo Vista Inn because of the high recommendation from Trip Advisor. Everyone was raving about the breakfasts. I soon discovered the breakfasts to be extraordinary not just because of the food but because of the conversations generated by interesting people from so many different places with vast life experiences. No one wanted to leave the table. Breakfasts...

The perfect place for a weekend gateway. We enjoyed the cosy leaving room with its wine and cheese, the confortable room and the frugale breakfast. This place is very quiet and peaceful. We will come back for sure.

OK, we're hooked. We just got back from a 5 day stay, our 4th stay in as many years. No need to look further if the location works for you (lack of a car is the only reason it wouldn't). The inn is so comfortable you start to think it's home .. (the temptation to wander down to the living...

Thank you so much for acknowledging our continuing efforts to keep the B&B at a top level of operation. It means more than you know! A large part of the credit goes to the wonderful staff we have gathered over the years. I just wanted to explain why we don't have recycling containers...The City of South Pasadena separates trash and...

The Arroyo Vista Inn is a nice, well managed, clean place to relax for a few days. It's way off the beaten path, so if you want to visit old town in Pasadena, or Mission Street in South Pasadena, a car is essential. The rooms are nice sized and breakfast by Blanca is divine.

Very pleasant first time stay for 4 nights. From the welcome patter of the waterfall as you enter, to the gracious common spaces, the comfortable bed, the views...all were great. The age of the house feels like it was a century ago. Bianca greeted and oriented us, showed us to our room. The other guests were most pleasant and we...

My husband and I live in the area, but just wanted to get away for a night. This was the perfect choice. Short travel time, yet we felt like we were miles away in this beautiful older home. Our room was lovely, with views of the arroyo and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was delicious. Blanca provided us with warm and flawless...

We enjoyed our stay so much because the inn was comfortable. Wine & cheese upon arrival and the only decision needing to be made was should we sit in the beautiful living room or on the beautiful front porch. These are just the kind of decisions we needed to start relaxing! Restaurants close enough to walk was a perfect plus...
