We left a disgusting hotel downtown and were taken good care of by Victor! The continental breakfast was very nice with a good selection. The service was excellent and the general manager really cared about how our stay was. Definitely recommend this hotel.
My husband and I are very Excited to be able to stay in the bay area & NOT have to drive for a few days in order to visit family. (YEA!!!)

The manager gave all my luggage to others at front desk without any receipt!! I bought all the new luggage and new cloth by myself, RAMADA didn't give me any reimbursement!
Also bad breakfast!!

This sleazy neighborhood also had gunfire when I was there in late June. Victor is a great guy, the rest of the staff and management seem surly and had a lazy attitude about customer service. I let the shower run for 25 minutes, and still no hat water. The jerks at Ramada told me I should have let it run longer !?!? This tired old hotel needs a facelift, a rehab, and a new owner. I will never stay here again.
