The food was delicious. Reasonably priced. We were able to soak in the feel of the Lake Tahoe people and scenery. We did not stay there, we only had lunch there between hikes. Worth the stop. Go at an off time, because it got crowded.

The location on the west shore of Lake Tahoe is nice. Have been there many times over 30 years. We (6) were there for dinner on the reservation side of outside deck. We ordered various mixed drinks with appetizers. We noted to the waitress the drinks seemed weak. Our dinner came and ordered new and different drinks. The dinner was...

Had a nice and relaxing dinner. Watched the sunset and the full moon rise over the lake. Special Ribeye was tasty and well prepared...unique Lobster and scallops Gnocchi was a hit. Service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner in Tahoe.

The hotel is an old lodge with a pleasant lakeside location. However, they flat-out lie about having usable wi-fi. While staying in a room near the lobby and presumably near the wi-fi router (clearly they have only one), the wi-fi was completely unusable. I need to remain connected with my business while traveling, and I could not access the internet...

Great lodge style hotel with very comfortable beds, renovated bathrooms, wood-burning fireplaces, balcony side views of the lake. Decent restaurant with a lively bar scene downstairs at the back deck, open late. Continental breakfast is included and does include a hot egg casserole dish along with the usual suspects such as coffee ( good), cereal, and pastry ( not very...

Even from the dining room you had panoramic views of Lake Tahoe! We wanted to sit on the patio outside because the weather was perfect, but the wait was a little long for our party as we had 2 hungry kids with us. The service was a little slow, but it was a busy night so we didn't mind. The...

There were 4 of us staying in Tahoe City, California last weekend. We decided to have a nice dinner and one of our group recommended Sunnyside Lodge. The weather was perfect and because I made reservations the day before we were able to sit on the deck looking at the beautiful lake. We brought our own wine and paid a...

After kayaking in the lake and driving around being tourists, we came upon Sunnyside Restaurant. We were greeted by a friendly staff and had a wonderful late lunch. We shared the fried zuchini sticks and I got the torta and my husband had the fish tacos. All were delicious and came out quickly. We also had a specialty drink-I think...
