Friendly staff and free pass card self park system. Quiet location but close to the ferry pier. Walking distance to food market and land mark restaurants. Room charge is slightly pricey but we got a special deal which also included a $30 food credit via Travel Zoo promotion. We will recommend this hotel.

We purchased a one night stay on Travelzoo, which included a $30 voucher for the on-site restaurant. The room was very nice. Large, comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. Our room overlooked the fire station next door, which in a big city would be a problem, but in sleepy Tiburon, we heard nary a sound. The restaurant was...

Great trip to San Francisco. The Lodge was perfect! We ferried across everyday and walked San Francisco. We would then return to the Lodge and sit in the hot tub for a bit, changed, then went to enjoy a nice dinner in the tavern.

The lodge was a perfect place to stay on a recent road trip down the California coast. The location is ideal for taking the ferry across the bay into San Francisco and Tiburon is a charming village to wander around, shop and dine. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely property in a perfect setting. My favorite place in the Bay Area... must admit that I'm rather loath to let on to others about a place that I'd much (selfishly, I admit) rather keep secret and safe...

Location was great but this hotel is overpriced and looks much better on the website than in person. Wouldn't recommend. The staff never knew the answers to our questions or requests. Also the lady at the front tried to charge us $75 for a 1hr later checkout. The manager finally comped it but took a bit. Food was good but...

We picked this hotel because of its web site. It was a bit over priced. Not much to do after dark since everything closed a bit too early. The room was average needs upgrading. Room has a refrigerator which didn't work. The bathroom need a little work. Really nothing special to this hotel average at best.

Overall feeling is good. I had a hiking in the early morning from hotel to hippie tree and the view was very good. It is also convenient to take boat from ferry building to downtown. The only thing that better to be improved is the room air did not smell good when enter the room.

Hotel was great. Room service was terrible. Food was cold and when complained no action was taken. It's was underwhelming. The rooms & check in staff was very friendly. We brought our dog with us & they really enjoyed it.
