The property here is excellent. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo with 4 adults and 5 kids, ages 15 to 6. The condo was a good size and the 3rd bedroom was very large, giving the kids some space to hang out. There is a kitchen with a large dining table. Also a washer/dryer so no need...

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe for 4 nights for a business conference. What a beautiful setting. It was torture to be trapped in conference rooms all day and be teased by the surroundings that taunted me to play. First, the rooms at the Ritz are large with luxury appointments that would expect from the Ritz. It was great...

Lake Tahoe is tough for New Yorkers to access but we found this this Ritz & Northstar worth the effort. Situated in a beautiful National park at the foot of adequate ski runs this 7 year old property was well built and well run. The staff was friendly and efficient without being obsequious. The rooms were big and well equipped...

Ski in and ski out with great views and amazing service? Yes please! We joined some friends here for a couple of days and had an amazing time. Access to the slopes, good food and drinks on site, we thought our stay was excellent. The attention from the staff was above and beyond. We're pretty chatty people and we felt...

The location is fantastic. Ski-in and out, the ski rental and mountain concierge are fantastic and everyone very helpful. The room was clean, great view (Mountain View), and they allow dogs. The are for improvement is with the restaurants (Manzanita, the Lobby and BBQ). With the BBQ place, the cashier has no expression and could be a little bit more...

This hotel, while not as glamorous as other RC resorts, does provide for a very convenient ski experience. It was truly a pleasure to have the easy ski in/out and ski valet for rentals in house. Any ski lessons booked are able to meet up at the Ritz location, so there is no worrying about logistics for your travelers. you...

The Ritz-Carlton at Lake Tahoe is a tribute to the adage "You get what you pay for"...this hotel was elegant rustic, but what impressed us most was that everyone on the staff was pleasant, helpful, and made you feel like they valued you spending the money at their hotel. My daughter, for instance, left her phone charger in the room;...

We're British. We don't really ski - or certainly didn't. However, all of us (my wife and I, and three kids age between 4 and 9) have learnt at the RC Lake Tahoe. It's not the cheapest option, but it is so easy - ski in and out, great facilities, brilliant instructors and a good mountain to ski on. If...

Staff was friendly and helpful. Generally kid friendly place. Location is great to ski in or out. But they should really have better signs or markings on how to ski back there without having to slop through the crowds at base of zephyr lift then transfer to kiddie lift called big easy. It shut down early and we had to...
