My family and I booked a room in this hotel, when we got there they didn't have our reservation, the lady in charge was so rude, unfriendly and has cero manners, was nasty with us, please never ever book in this place if you want to have a good experience

This place is nasty and gross!!! Ever yone that works there is on dope . the one short guy thateorks and lives there with his good rlfriend, they sell dope out of their room.the ownr, Nikki. She is a rude, does knowhow to treat people what do ever!! Its infested with cockroaches and bed bugs its nasty! Avoid at all...

I entered the room and it smelled terrible! Then in the trash can there was a used condom! You think they clean their rooms thoroughly. I went to do somethings in Vallejo, and came back around 9, some guys took money from us. At that point it was too much and I left, the manager was very rude about it!...

The whole building needs to be torn down. Rooms are infested with roaches, mattresses are torn smelly and infested with bed bugs. Carpet s are dirty and smell like crap. Drug dealers live in the rooms and the owners Bill and Niki get a cut for allowing drugs to be sold. They take advantage of their workers by paying them...
