Wonderful staff and good location. Was on a mother/daughter shopping and theatre visit so needed central location. Price was reasonable for the area and bonus having breakfast included. Pool area is nice and clean. Quiet - nice room. Taxis in front and a bus about 5 short blocks away took us down Fairfax to the Farmers Market and back for...

This is not a fancy Hollywood hotel but the location and the breakfast is good. There is a $18 parking fee per night but i guess that's just life. I would stay here again for the money but if ever go to LA Hollywood again i would choose a location that is easier to get to interstate but if your...

A nice 3 star hotel with friendly staff, but overpriced comparing the price versus major chains. Unfortunately the breakfast whilst included is old hat & the offer needs updating. Comfortable rooms. The hotel is located on the hop off & hop on bus root & the local bus to downtown hollywood also pulls up outside the hotel.

This was our first time in LA so glad we chose this hotel, the pool area is so pretty and tranquil, the rooms as ample and very clean, love the fact that we had a fridge to store drinks etc, we had a room overlooking the pool area, we used the local buses to get out and about, complementary breakfast,...

This hotel is situated in an ideal place in West Hollywood, with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The hotel was clean and had a pretty pool. Hotel had a very relaxed vibe. There was 24 hours free coffee and tea facility, which was very handy after a long day touring. This is the second time...

This hotel is amazing !! Its like an oasis in the middle of the desert. The rooms overlook the courtyard which is magnificently planted with bougainvilleas which attract Hummingbirds all day long. You are insulated from all the traffic noise and congestion. The area is beautiful for walks every day. It is centrally located to all the sites we wanted...

This was by far the most wonderful Best Western I have been to and I have frequented quite a few. The décor is 60's Spanish and done very well. Walking distance to House of Blues and The Comedy Store. Across the street is a fabulous barbeque restaurant. The staff here at the hotel was very friendly and they even have...

If you want West Hollywood, this hotel is very comfortable and well priced. There are several other popular hotels very close by but they are far more expensive. It was a short walk to restaurants of all manner, but a bus or taxi to any of the attractions. It did feel a bit between Beverly Hills and Hollywood but not...

Drove the Pacific Hwy and this was my favourite hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and big. Pool area was peaceful and relaxing even though in the middle of the city. Only negative was plastic cutlery for breakfast, but I can live with that.

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
