We stayed at the hotel for six nights. We were there for a wedding. The wedding week included a brunch, welcome dinner and another meal. Those meals were over the top delicious. The venue was where you could walk outdoors onto a lovely patio. The restaurant on-site was also Delicious with a choice of indoor or Patio dining. They also have a coffee shop in the lobby. They have free coffee and water in the lobby as well. The rooms were amazing and large. And luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a soaking tub as well as a shower. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool had drink and food service. We had some great drinks and food there. Service was very good as well.

Everything during our stay was top notch. We had room service twice and enjoyed it very much. The outside pool was very nice. All the staff went out of there way to help and answer any questions we had. Thank you.

At least that is how I feel about the Four Seasons Westlake. My second stay was enjoyable+, as was my first visit 6 or so months ago. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit LA. The pillows make you think you’re sleeping in clouds. The food and drink were excellent. And my favorite thing about staying here is the staff. So accommodating, pleasant, hardworking, from your first step out of the car to your last step into the car for departure, a sad departure. Five stars are not enough!

The exterior of the building is quite possibly the ugliest Four Seasons building I have seen. Thankfully the grim facade did not represent the overall experience. Upon arrival I was greeted and chatted with while the front desk agents worked on the folks in front of them. The hotel appeared very busy with a wedding later that night so it was nice that they were able to be attentive despite the capacity. The front desk agent who helped me with pre-check in was very sweet. One lady was seemingly exasperated with me when I went back to the front desk to check on my room availability - I wasn't annoyed with it not being ready before official check in time but rather wanted to get an update so that I could make decisions about what to do if in fact it was going to be a while longer. I spoke with JD one more to get a humidifier sent up and he was so lovely and gracious. I liked the room a lot. It was beautiful, spacious and had a lovely view out to the waterfall. The bathroom was also spacious and I love a good soaking tub plus the bathroom amenities were one of my favorite brands so I was pretty happy. The bed was supremely comfortable and I slept very well my whole stay. The spa is a destination spa for sure. It was huge and the treatments were very good. The pricing is in line with what you expect for a luxury hotel in the US. I used the hotel car for an errand in the village and the gentlemen at the front door were quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. The car is only available on a first come first served basis and I was lucky it was available when I requested it. Food at the restaurant was consistently good but it was disappointing that this was the only eatery open during my four day stay with the exception of the weekend bar being open on my first night.

The Hotel looks as nice as it was when it opened some 30yrs. ago. The Diner I had in their main Restaurant off the lobby was excellent. I had a salad with King Salmon. The Sourdough Bread they bake in the kitchen before it is delivered to your table with the special butter they also serve is one of the best I have ever had. The dessert was also amazing. Small portions for the dessert but still outstanding. The pool area is also amazing inside or the outside pool and hot tubs. Landscaping of the grounds beautiful. Near the freeway turn off of Hiway #101 but far away to not hear it. The neighborhood is excellent with a shopping center only about a block away. Plenty of underground parking. It also has its own coffee shop off the main lobby. They even have a Medical Office in the Hotel that does MRI's. They had a large ballroom and many breakout rooms if needed for a convention. A art gallery is on the second floor for your viewing pleasure. This hotel fires on all cylinders. Everyone on the staff makes you feel welcome from the doorman to the maid's to the pool attendant to the front check in desk.

The service was great! All staff, valet, check-in & out, bar, in-room dining, ALL FABULOUS! Came here for an event for the first time, and would love to stay again, even just to get away for a weekend. The bar staff was super nice, and the drinks were very good. Room service is a must, after a nice & quiet sleep with such nice black-out curtains! Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed multiple times throughout the last seven years and this last visit was the best! Where do I start? You are truly on top of your game! The food has been upgraded. I love the new flavors and gluten free options. Westlake is always going to be one of my favorite Four Seasons. A sanctuary for relaxation and great service! But wait, there is more! At checkout, I was disappointed to see I had missed out on the gluten free cookies. My daughter had specifically asked me to bring back her favorite gluten free cookie from the cafe. At 11 am they were sold out. When the front desk heard J.D offered to send the cookies directly to my house! Not just one but 6!! In a time when staff is hard to find, and service has taken a big hit you all have given me hope that the good ole days will be back. You have brought back the feeling of the 5-start experience. Thank you again J.D.

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times as it is so convenient from our home in Santa Barbara County. This hotel’s level of personalized service is exceptional. The staff at the pool go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Same with the team at their restaurant, Coin and Candor. We would be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge two employees by name . . . JD at Concierge and Martin the bellman exemplify what Four Seasons is all about. We’ll be back ,

I had an incredible experience while celebrating my son’s birthday. My friends and I rented 4 rooms and had the best time. The weather was very dreary for being LA but there was enough to do indoors to occupy our time. The staff were great but in particular, JD, the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay great. Annie at the front desk and Matt from Valet we’re both wonderful as well. Thanks again!!!
