We had a wonderful experience here for a three night stay. It’s conveniently located just off the 101, and sits right next to a few places to eat. You are walking distance to a shopping plaza with many other eating and drinking options and a Target. Another block up the road is a Costco and a bank. The hotel has a great free breakfast and the pool and hot tub area is very nice with handicap accessible options. Nice mini “pantry” at the front desk and you can use the outdoor grill if you are making your own dinner. Also, decent fitness center. Finally staff is friendly and efficient and rooms are super clean! We loved it. Oh….and you earn Marriott BonVoy points, so what’s not to Love! VictorB

Very calm and comfortable for a long stay. The staff are very good and caring especially Mr John at front office who made our stay even note comfortable with his charming personality and helping nature. The rooms are well equipped and come with a workable kitchen. The breakfast is average, but there are a lot of nearby places that you can eat out. Overall a comfortable place.

This residence is ideally located within a mile from 101 freeway. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking (free) available. Breakfast area has ample seating. Good choice of food items. Front desk and kitchen are staff were very friendly. This place is well maintained with lots of greenery around.

The Residence Inn in Westlake Village is quite nice since finishing a total renovation. The rooms are nicely appointed and all flooring, paint, furniture and amenities have been all redone and are new! The staff is friendly and attentive and there is plenty of parking around the facility. We did have a minor issue arise and Bailey and Mr. Huerta the GM were not only professional and courteous but quite gracious in resolving the issue and finding an expedient solution. The pool area, workout center and all other amenities including the breakfast buffet in the morning are all a plus. Conveniently located off of the 101 frwy and near many stores, restaurants and local attractions. The Lure Fish House and Cici's are just a few of the excellent eateries next door. The in room TV includes internet access to streaming and Showtime is included in the programming. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Ventura County and the new renovated facility places it on top... Highly recommended…

We stayed here because we needed a two bedroom near a wedding venue. It was fine. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The two bedroom came with a kitchen and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with showers. Soap and shampoo in dispensers in each shower. The place has a small pool and is within walking distance to several eateries. It was not cheap, but it did the job.

Front desk manager Daniel was extremely unprofessional not disclosing the loud noises and construction happening at this hotel. Horrible experience. We will never book here again. Very rude and unprofessional staff. The customer service and experience was very poor

Great hotel and amenities. Staff is the best. I only wish they could do something about the careless customers with animals who let their pets relieve themselves around the pool area and not pick up their animals feces which in turn causes a smell for those using the pool area. You would think people would be more mindful about other customers but in this case it just isn't so. I understand the Staff cant sit outside and monitor these rude inconsiderate people.

On 1/7/22, I booked a 2 bedroom, handicap accessible suite for 10 nights through the website. On 2/8/22, I called this hotel directly and extended the reservation for 3 nights and confirmed that the room was handicap accessible. I showed up at the hotel with my mother and was told that no handicap accessible suite was available, and that the accessible suites had been occupied for over a year. The hotel did not honor our reservation and forced us to find another hotel late at night without a reservation. The hotel did not help us in finding alternate, accessible accommodations. Not only that, the hotel had the gall to charge us for the first night, a charge that of course is being disputed. I would never do business with this establishment. Such awful corporate behavior should not be rewarded.…

A good hotel in a centralized location. We had a wedding in Malibu and family staying across the street at the Four Seasons (7 min walk). We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen, which was large and clean. A few dings here and there around the room, and the whole property could use a facelift, but overall very comfortable. A little more variety at breakfast would be nice. We had a little snafu with Bonvoy points and a second cancelled reservation. Long story short Jasmine at the front desk was extremely accommodating, refunding our points right away with no questions asked. Mask protocol was not really enforced on guests, nor were the staff leading by example.

Every staff member from manager to housekeeping is awesome! Mitchell and Barbara are AMAZING! Such great people. They make you feel like family. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. We love it so much, that every time we’re in town we stay here. My kids who are 9 love the snacks (especially the pizza) and the on-the-go breakfasts here. I also use their laundry services every time to visit. Super convenient. I love that this is such a safe place. I go running, walk to target or even to all the restaurants next door. Even through Covid times, this Residence Inn has been extra extra clean and sanitary. I love that everyone wears mask and social distancing is practiced. I highly recommend staying here, especially families. We’ve stayed here for business and pleasure and have loved it each time!!!! Love you Westlake Team!…
