Don’t stay here. It’s awful. Rips, cracks, bugs in the bedroom, disrepair in the room and all over the property. The bed was fine and the sheets seemed clean but all else was bad. Th only thing that this place would be a great location for is if you wanted to film a horror movie here.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed, drive by don't stop. Black mold in rooms, no continental breakfast. Rooms would be nice, if they would actually clean like they should. Just keep on driving!!!!!!!

If you've seen the show Schitts Creek then you know exactly what I mean it is basically THAT HOTEL. The only thing that saves this hotel is that it has a pool, (no shaded areas and only 4 sunbeds for around 70 rooms) its location, and the nice people that service a nearby sushi restaurant. I arrive to the first room - tv didn't work, the balcony wouldn't open, I call the front desk and they assure me I just don't know how to open a balcony, somebody finally comes and sure enough, the door is completely jammed - I have to change rooms - room 2 - tv doesn't work, the ceiling has a huge crack all through the middle, there's no lock for the door, at this point I am quite annoyed, also because the people servicing the hotel insist that I am hiding a pet (I was not). I let it go and decide to just not change rooms again, next morning oh surprise surprise there's no water coming out of the shower, call the front desk AGAIN and a guy comes and shows me how you almost have to literally push the faucet out of the wall with parts of the wall seemingly also about to come out for some water to come out, the shower is unusable. I get changed rooms AGAIN - of course, the TV doesn't work, the light by the bed doesn't work, but not to worry in this one the bathtub seemed like there had a been some sort of fire ceremony because it was all burnt with a WATER LEAK and that would not stop, water waste is a big deal in the desert. I let them know right away and their response? It is what it is! I am having nightmares about the amount of water that is being wasted in this room!!! One of the front desk guys was also having a huge fight outside with another client that was as happy as me UGH, just unreal all the way around. This hotel is falling apart, it's sad and basically, where dreams go to die, they also continue to FALSELY ADVERTISE that breakfast is included but of course, in the morning you get the usual OH NO SORRY COVID whatever! If you can stay somewhere else DO IT, I hope somebody from there reads this and FIXES the water leak in room 271 SO NOT COOL. I also highly recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner the one they use was probably bought from North Korea to save on costs, same with soap your skin will fall off.

They had a great pool that my family and I enjoyed for hours while visiting. We probably had about 5 or 6 rooms total, and the young-ish guy at the front was very accommodating when I called him at least 6 times making changes to my reservations, adding, deducting, extending, etcetera; but did it all very politely and confirmed the plethora of changes I had made. Then when we got there, he even moved things around to get us all right next to one another too. The rooms are a bit dated, and the TV’s could be bigger, but it was a clean room with a great time spent at the pool.

This location has terrible service and dishonest management. We were treated with such disrespect. Our room night was booked in error and we were told to show up and they would take care of us. However, when we arrived they didn’t honor their word and wanted to charge us for two nights when we never stayed there. Total disrespect and dishonest treatment to a veteran.
