I stayed 4th fl. Where could enjoy the Mountain view from balcony. Room service and Internet connection was good. Receptionist was friendly. It was located 5min, walk from market place. Not quite convenient location but free shuttle bus service is always available.

Just got back from a nice ski vacation this past MLK weekend. Stayed in a large, clean 4 bed condo in the upper building. Had a family of 6 ythat slept comfortably in this unit. The decor was a bit tired unlike the newly renovated common areas. The we came home to a clean organized condo everyday because of the... More

This is our family's 2nd year in a row at Lower Borders. When trying to decide where to stay in Beaver Creek, my 4 kids (ages 8-19) unanimously wanted to stay at Borders again. They love having the lift at their back door or being able to take the resort shuttle up to the main lifts. After a very long... More

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it! Beautiful, convenient and great people. Josie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. (Most everyone was wonderful and friendly!) There is a community grill and outdoor eating area and HERBS! growing outside for guest use! So fun. We were there during off season and will come again! Beaver Creek is... More

We - family of 5 - have stayed at Lower Borders Lodge for 10 consecutive years now. We have considered buying our own condo in Beaver Creek but this is a better experience. We always stay 6 days. We are originally from the Netherlands, but compared to Swizterland or France, the skiing in Beaver Creek is way better, especially good... More

Our stay at the Borders Lodge was nearly flawless. The service, from the moment we arrived, was warm, friendly, and helpful. A very minor glitch at check-in was promptly fixed, and profusely apologized for. The common areas were beautifully appointed. The pool and hot tub were set among aspen and wildflowers, and were just the right temperature. Our condominium had... More

Just a beautiful place to stay. One ski lift virtually outside the Lodge. Great views, great staff. Close to the Village of Beaver Creek. Shuttles run most of the day. Evrything was clean and well maintained.

Stayed Feb/March 2014. A group of 4 over 60/70s skiing. Lodging 99% perfect only defect was no phone. Reception welcome was excellent and the apartment was warm, welcoming and fully kitted out. There were clean towels every day and the maids emptied the dishwasher if needed. Beaver Creek is in our opinion the best in over 40 years of skiing... More

The moment we arrived we felt very welcomed by the front office staff. They were very nice to our children too and gave them some candy from the front desk. We had a long drive and we were worn out.
